Hello team,

Please help in resolving an issue which explicitly puts up sundry charges in my current bill total amounting to rs. 11, 380

Not sure why they are levied since there are no pending dues earlier and were cleared till last bill.

There was no such way to clear the bill without sundry charges that’s why i haven’t paid the bill yet.

48 hours before i made payment of my electricity bill 1720 rs, but on portal of pspcl it shows bill is yet to be paid.

To whomsoever it may concern
I have actually paid my bill on paytm but I have not got any message regarding bill payment and receipt also .I paid my bill on 23 Nov but till now I am unable to find my bill receipt.
So I request you to solve my issue
