Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Transaction failed

Dear sir, I have deposited my electricity bill amount of Rs.3420 online yesterday i.e.13/07/2020. My money has been debited from my bank account, however, I have not received any receipt and received an error. I am attaching the screen shot from my bank net banking mentioning the reference number for the transaction. Kindly look into this.
