Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — What is the sundry charges in Punjab State Power Corporation PSPCL

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have received my current bill for Rs.12630 /- which includes Sundry Charges of Rs. 8044/-. My all previous bills have been paid and nothing is over due. I am failed to understand what are these charges for. Sir, i am unable to pay this much bill. Please look into this matter and send me the correct bill.
Also, i am enclosing herewith the old bill payment receipt. Your earliest response in this matter will be highly appreciated. The due date of this bill is 20 sep 2021. Please resolve ASAP.
