Dear Sir/Mam,

I have received my current bill for Rs.12630 /- which includes Sundry Charges of Rs. 8044/-. My all previous bills have been paid and nothing is over due. I am failed to understand what are these charges for. Sir, i am unable to pay this much bill. Please look into this matter and send me the correct bill.

Around 4 months ago electricity board Bhari grid SDO has to install New Transformer as we are getting very low voltage in our village. I paid my electricity bill on 5th August through PhonePe and received payment status as successful (Attached the screenshot of the same). But somehow PSPCL server still says bill is not paid.

I am resident of Pathankot(Punjab) 145001. My bill number is [protected]. I have consumed only 191 units and my bill without tax is 670. But in calculations my payable bill is 2500. And i am not able to undersand why i have to pay 2500 as i have used only 191 units.
Kindly look into this matter and resolve my issue ASAP so that i can pay my bill amout 670 to 750 Rs only.
