Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Wrong bill for the period 8-10-15 to 13-12-15

I have received bill for the above period of Rs 16500.00 of the power consumed 49 units only as per their bill .other details of the bill are not clear to me .why they have raised bill of Rs 16500.00 where as I have no dues till date and last bill for the period of 14-8-15 to 8-10-15 of Rs 1330.00 was paid in time.This bill is raised against my account no Z74ZK291743X in the name of Pushpa Garg R /O Royale Estate Tower no 16 Flat no 603 Chandigarh Ambala highway Zirakpur 140603.Previosly also in the month of August they raised wrong bill and matter was resolved by the concerned SDO on my complaint.I am senior citizen and they are bothering me without any fault.As I am traveling and cannot meet personally.I am available on my phone no [protected] on what up or my email [protected]@ gmail.com.kindly resolve the matter at earlier and issue me modify bill.
