Sir I got an electric meter installed by pseb derrabassi pb.I was not residing in the flat and no unit of electricity was consumed either. The office has issued a bill of rs.10000.which include sundry charges of rs.8000.Can you explain me what charges I have to pay for zero consumption of electricity please provide me the breakup of charges liable to be paid by me.
