Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — z74zr634860y amount deducted from bank account but transaction failed

Dear sir/madam,

With reference to this pspcl a/c no. Z74zr634860y, i was trying to pay electricity bill of rs. 10, 200. The same amount of rs. 10, 200 was deducted from bank account but the transaction failed and the electricity bill is still showing plending. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest as the amount is huge for us.
