Pupkart — not fulfilling orders

326037-placed an order online with you guys on nov 6th, my fault i didn’t choose pay on delivery. Until now @xpressbees_in hasn’t delivered it and confirmed to me they have delivered it to someone else. I was honestly hoping that you diligently fulfill your orders. And if you weren’t able to or the delivery people goofed it up, then you be courteous enough to repay your customer and do not leave him feeling cheated. Please refund my money back, i have received nothing from doing business with pupkart.
