On nov 6th i placed an order on pupkart with order number 326037. On nov 11th i get a message saying that the order has reached the xpressbees courier service and with the delivery agent number. I tried calling him several times and he never responded. 326037-placed an order online with you guys on nov 6th, my fault i didn’t choose pay on delivery. Until now @xpressbees_in hasn’t delivered it and confirmed to me they have delivered it to someone else. I was honestly hoping that you diligently fulfill your orders. And if you weren’t able to or the delivery people goofed it up, then you be courteous enough to repay your customer and do not leave him feeling cheated. Please refund my...
