I'm Rajesh, a customer who booked an 3 bhk apartment at Provident sunworth at Kengeri Bangalore 4 years back.Mr Gyanendar the then manager who forced me on paying a advance payment by offering lucarative deal asked me to provide a cheque of 1 lakh. He also insisted that I can cancel it anytime and will be eligible for full refund. Though I needed more time to think he was forced to pay the advance and gave convincing loan options with lowest interest rate too..I could not proceed further with my deal due to a death in the family and I lost my Job due to a road accident. Financially things got worse after spending a lot on surgeries and treatment for over a year. Today I have loads of debt and bills to pay and still out of Job. Whenever I speak to relevant managers they tell me the amount can't be refunded as it's for forfeited. I trusted your team with your words but never expected your team to be so inhuman in approach. 1 lakh rupee is not even 1% compared to the shares and value of revenue you hold but for me it means a lot. From last 4 years I have been trying to get my hard earned money back. But none from your organisation are helping me..I met your CRM team managers last year who were of no help.
