Puravankara Projects — Purva Streak

Hi,

I have booked Interior work for new property in Sunworth. And paid the amount of 2, 15, 000/-.

But Unfourtanaly I have canceled the order as I am unable to pay the rest amount because of some issue.

so I requested the Purva team to refund my amount but they refuse to pay it back. but after requesting they refund me 1, 40, 000/- and they keep 75, 000/-
for future work relations.

Now I ask them '.to give crockery unity and two vanity unit. They are asking for extra money to build new. And they are saying your 75, 000/- is gone and we can not give you back.

this Incident started on 20th April 2023
I got a CHQ of 1, 40, 000/- on 25th MAY 2023.
