Puravankara Projects — Registration of my apartment in Provident Park Square, Judicial layout, Kanakapura road, Bengaluru

In Feb 2024, I bought one under construction property in Provident Park Square Judicial Layout, Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru.
The sales team (Prashanth R & Mr Manjunath) promised me that the property will be ready by end of the year in Dec 2024.
Obviously there was no element of truth in it. The CRM manager Mr Sarandeep told me that I will get possession only at the end of Sep 2025 & that the sales team are making false promises.
I am an NRI and I made this visit in Sep only to take possession of my flat. When I realised that registration was not happening, I decided to pay in full so that I could start my interior work & took soft possession of my apartment.
Till date no news on registration & they keep coming up with a whole lot of excuses.
No one replies to the email or calls.
