Puravankara Projects — Requested Repair pending since Dec 21 for my Flat G601, Purva Amaithi Coimbatore

I am an NRI residing in Doha, Qatar. I had booked my Flat G601 in Property of Puravankara Builders, Purva Amaithi in Coimbatore in 2015.

After many years of delay finally i had the Physical Possession Inspection on Dec 21.

The builder took the complete payment on May 21.

During the final inspection the following issues were highlighted :
1) Dirty toilets
2) Entire flat was dirty
3) Wall painting has hand marks at many placed - Do a complete repainting i will not accept some adjustment job.
4) A big crack on the wall near the kitchen door frame - i need assurance from Purvankara that it is not a structural crack and in case of any safety issue in future Purvankara will be help legally responsible. I will keep this as a proof of my submission of raising the safety concern. It has to be corrected properly, please do not do a paint job to hide the crack.
5)All door and door frames not painted property.
6)Cracks on the balcony railing of all balconies. It has to be corrected and assure me that it is not a safety concern.
7)All balcony railings rusted.
8)Bathroom tiles joining not proper. Between two tiles the plastering not done neatly. It looks like a last minute adjustment job done by an unprofessional plumber.
9)Kitchen sink looks as if it has been in use for last many years. It is rusted. It has not been fitted properly on the slab as well.
10)Kitchen balcony has got hand marks all around.
11)window frames dirty and having gaps.

The builder took a total of 80 Lacs+ INR in May 21 and the Flat was shown to me in a very second hand used condition with above major flaws with rusted parts crack on wall etc.

I am now following up since Dec 21 and till date they have not responded on when the flat will be made ready.

Please understand being NRI we cannot keep travelling to follow up and if builder takes us for a ride we do not know where to ask justice.

Please help me on the subject. Its my hard earned money which is being played on.

Assistance on humanitarian grounds is requested its a huge amount for me and i am being taken for a ride and cheated by the builder.

Please assist. Its been 12 months since complete payment is taken. And more than 4 months the repair is not started yet.
