I already bought a Advance Germ Kill full kit 3000litre in the 24 April'2019by Rs:1099/- From your Companys service Provider"Karuna Enterprise" from kolkata location area.Last 3-days that filter was not working it's become red as indicator board.Problem is that your authorized serivce provider name provided earlier is not providing my Advance Germ kill kit 3000 litere kit, they told me they can provide only 1500 litere as a replacement purpose they said it's a company rules.When am paid the money for 3000litere germ kill kit earlier, they why should i compromise..It's your company default product, that they are provided us.it should be better that you will replace by 3000lite advance germ kill kit with the older one.Otherwise, you company will big pay for that.

    A year ago i purchased pureit ro+mineral, recently there is a indication for changing sf, so we called customer center and they said since warenty over this service will be charged.. So i accepted. And service person inspected pureit and control circuit and said control circuit is damaged and 5500 will be charged to replace it.. If a product doesnt perform well for 3 years.. Why to sell it in market.. Seen many similar complaints on pureit.. Can you please suggest us what to do.. Or take necesary actions to solve this.. If i pay 5500 i can get bislery water cans for two years.. This worst products either to be banned or to be rectified.. If issue is not resolved then will proceed legally..

    I got call from pureit service man, and he saying same thing, i need to pay 5500 for control circuit. The same issue i raised in consumer forum and now the same thing your service person is saying. If circuit board loses in one and half year..i hope in another two years pureit wont work. I just need it to be fixed without any cost.

    Complaint was not resolved ..these people again saying same thing..they dint want to replace the part if we give money they will replace..will wait for two more days and will put it in social media ..why should i pay money..even if i pay they doesnt gaurenty that that product will work for two more years..

      I bought pureit mineral ro +uv 1 and half year back. For 19000 after 1 year 5 months its started blinking change sf in red color..so i called pureit customer care asked for service since its warranty over they said they will charge 350 ..then later they came to home and said control circuit is gone..need to replace ...5500 for replacement charges..what the hell with these people if every 1 and half year circuit board goes bad..that too a product which they claim as best product not even sustain for 5 years..with 5500 i can buy mineral water for 2 years.i just want necessary action to taken on these people..i planning proceed ligally by filing a case againest them..many people facing similar issues ..please mail me people with same issues we can proceed ligally [protected]@gmail.com

          Hi,

          I own pureit ultima ro +uv and 3 months back my purifier's water dispensing button is broken out and after that i contacted customer care many times around 6 to 7 times but i hardly got any response. I had escalated to general manager as well still there is no response. I have lost all the hope i had on pureit and hul. After spending 24, 000 for purchasing the purifier, i am still buying water from outside which is very disappointing and irritating.

          Pureit or hul team please look into this asap

            It's not even been two years since i purchased pureit ultima ex ro+uv. Recently saw a red bar in display and called up customer care to inform about the same. After inspection, initially technician told it's display issue later later he confirmed it's control circuit issue, for replacement it will be charged 5000+ inr.
            I came across multiple similar issue reported by other customers. I think pure it is designing products which will fail after few months to make more money out of costly product replacement.
            Every year we spend around 10000 for kit replacement. This is ridiculous. One year of product maintenance is more than the product cost. I need pureit to look into this matter and help me.

              I own a marvella ro. From last week it stopped working and on registering a complaint, a technician from your local service partner madha agency (Chennai) inspected the machine and he told that the power adapter has stopped working and he asked me to change the machine and get a new one since there is no stock and they didn't receive the adapter for 3 weeks from hindustan unilever itself.

              Damn, why should i change the machine just because you don't have stock of the adapter? The cost of the adapter is 1800 inr. Why would i get a new machine by paying extra 10, 500 bucks?

              This is horrible customer service by hindustan unilever. I even mailed srinivasan. M (Service head of india) regarding this, no response till now. What's the solution for this?

                Since when i have bought this product product cost 17k) i had issues. Every time technician came asked me for 2k or 3k rupees. Well this is a good business policy, one clap for that. We are here really suffering from the bad product what you have delivered to us (Utterly disjointed with the product and services). Water is a essential thing making money out of this kind of evil thing. Last 2 years i made 9 compliant for which i have paid 19k, product cost is 17k, so after summing up oh my god 36k i have paid for water. And last week your technician said beautiful words — your product gone (See after paying 36k) you need to purchase another another one, wow. Another hindustan unilever another pain ding ding. Some time i thought why jet airway closed then i mate people like you and realized "the things you own will end up owning you"

                One request please take your product (So called purifier) from my home.& please don't hire bad engineers (Like you)

                  Hello - I had purchased PureIT Marvella RO + UV around Feb 2017 (model RCR[protected]. It did run absolutely fine till Jan 2018. However from Feb, GKK1 light started blinking. I did approach customer care, person came and replaced GKK1 and SF too. Since the 10L water purification and filling takes time, the guy left saying that he will call me afterwards that how the filters are working! Later I noticed that filter was not filled completely while was machine was on and rejected water was keep coming. I did feedback this to the person. He came next day, relooked everything and said seems there is some issue in GKK2 as well. I had no choice left but to get it replaced that too. But still there was same problem. Next Saturday I again called customer care and the same person arrived. This time after 2hr inspection he said, , seems there is some issue in control panel. I was furious, I called a senior person home. He too visited following Saturday and did some rectification with control panel. The day purifier was working fine and this continued for next two days. Third day onwards, the same problem started again. Senior engineer visited again and again did something with control panel. After that purifier worked for a week and then again all three filters (GKK1, GKK2 and SF) started blinking. I was too tired and exhausted of complains.. it was almost 2 months that all and entire Saturdays & Sundays I was spending only on this!!! I had literally given up, now after a year that i have gained some energy, I ask you for replacement. After buying such expensive purifier, I had to go through such traumatic experience. I can't tolerate this any more and need urgent replacement.

                    I re - installed my pure it filter, after service engineer left water started leaking from full body, again i called him, he told me that prv is required since the water pressure is high. After 2days he came and put prv, after he left again water started leaking from the filter body, i again called him, he checked and told that control circuit is damaged and you have to pay rs.5500 for replacement. Control circuit got damaged because of water leakage, which is service engineer's fault then why i should shell out money for this? Hul please look into this matter, filter was re-installed on 23 april 2019, still the full issue is not resolved. Customer care is pathetic, they are telling it has to be reported within 7 days. I have made multiple complaints but still they are saying in our database its not there.
                    I wrote to pureit. [protected]@ultima.com but no reply from them as well.

                      This is to highlight the matter that i was mis-sold this product by your dealer

                      No fact finding was completed during sales process whether ro is really required with uv. Even after knowing mumbai area like seven bunglows (400061) doesn't required ro at all. Ro can only be suggested to areas if tds is above 300.
                      Our water with 45 tds can only support uv and due to this misselling water tds level is dropped to 5 which is hypotonic, who (Link attached) has also issued warning low tds can lead cardiac attack and other chronic diseases.
                      We would have dragged ourselves towards disease if your executive for survey wouldn't have visited our place.
                      How your dealers can sell your product with half knowledge and can play with someone's health for accomplishing their sales target.

                      None of the executive has addressed our concern. No call no mail at all I have received.
                      Request you to resolve the issue at the earliest we cannot play with our health by drinking such water.

                        Had gkk 1 replacement done in january 2019 and in may 2019 it ask for replacement again. Thats when we are 2 members in family and consume not more than 10lt of water daily. This clearly meant either the device is faulty or i was provided with a used filter.
                        The gkk replacement time is becoming more and more frequent as time passes and company is constantly increasing prices and installation charges.
                        A shameless money making company, i would request everyone to stay away from this brand, its a cheater brand. Their technicians have gone crazyly greedy.

                          Niether amazon nor pureit tell me that you can't adjust tds, it reduces tds to less than10 which is hazardous for health search online how low tds water makes you ill, don't rely on return policy niether amazon nor puriet will do return. If you u talk about replacement they will talks in rude manner.

                            Hi,

                            Recently I had to change the AC DC power adapter (24V, 1.5A) in the PureIT Marvallo RO equipment. This is a simple power adapter usually costs around Rs.300 in the market, the service company was charging Rs.1800 for that part. This is 5 to 6 times more than the usual price, which is totally unacceptable. The service company was blaming HUL for this very high and unreasonable cost.

                            After so much deliberation, I got Rs.600 discount from the service company. I'm surprised on how come they can give 30% discount just like that.

                            This equipment doesn't have anything that special to be 5 times expensive maintenance like this.

                            Customer was facing issue in his device, and service team informed that adapter to changed also charges they said 1800. so consumer not ready for it to pay.

                            Later on customer paid 1200, and problem get resolved.

                            So kindly request to close the case.

                              On 17.2.19, i ordered for replacing gkk2
                              Technician from pureit visited on 18.2.19 and installed gkk2.
                              After 8 days filter stopped and alerted to change SF, gkk1, gkk2.
                              On complaint, tech said that PCB worth 5100 is faulty.
                              PCB failure after maintenance of gkk2 is common with this product as per past complaints. Pureit not taking any responsibility.

                                Complaint number co[protected] booked on[protected] for technical visit for pureit marvelo ro. Issue no power input to unit. Customer care representative promise me to resolve the issue in 48 hours. But till day 72 hours[protected] no technician visited my premises. Despite my repeated call they are good at repeating the promises without any ground work.

                                I received a call from higher official working in Hindustan Pureit. I explained the situation very clearly as it is. After three day there was a follow up call and they assured the issue will be resolved in 2 days. And yes its resolved today (19-April-2019) 13:00. But the first thing a consumer has to do is to give a call to customer care and get the issue registered and store the complaint number, which is very useful.                                   I took my pureit to+ uv set in 07/2017 and as per requirement changed the gkk on 06/18 while i had to spend rs 2695 and as per the list one spare set of presediment filter was given to me which was subsequently changed as per the standard... Today when i changed the gkk, i was not given that spare set of presediment filter and was told that i will have to purchase it at an additional cost of rs 250 when need arise. Also a new charge of rs 300 being charged as delivery charge which was not there in earlier change neither it was told at the time of purchase. This is a deviation from the service process (Delivery charge) and also a short supply against a defined product (Spare presediment filter not provided)

                                    I have purchased Pureit Ultima Mineral RO + UV 1.8 years back

                                    The unit's back side plastic hook portion got broken by itself. It is clearly shows how the unit's plastic housing quality is.

                                    The unit's all the parts quality standards needs to be ensured by the company- The minimum requirement of hanging the unit itself not met by the company

                                    I have raised the compliant to the customer care- The response is very very worst. they not even bothered about my compliant simply replying the technician will come and rectify for this I need to pay 300 Rupees service charges and 3500 rupees for outer plastic case charges

                                    My compliant number is CO[protected] dt. 05/04/2019

                                    How it is correct from the HUL company?. The plastic outer casing hanging hook portion quality is not upto the required quality level

                                    They need to replace it to me at free of cost

                                    Can any one assist me in getting this

                                      Hi,

                                      My contact number is[protected]. This is the second complaint i'm raising for the same machine. This is regarding complaint#co[protected] through which filter membrane, sediment filter and solenoid valve was replaced on jan 19. Again, filter membrane was replaced on feb 19. Machine worked fine for couple of weeks and stopped working again. Then flow register was replaced on mar 5 after which the machine worked fine for a month and then stopped working. Again, a complaint co[protected] was raised on apr 1. The technician visited and said that filter membrane has again gone bad. He took some pictures of the machine spare parts and said they will get back to me in a day or two but to no avail. I have sent e-mails to your customer care and escalated it. But still no response. One common thing with this machine is faults has become a regularity that makes me think to throw it for scrap and use a local machine. Its really frustrating to see such a reputed organisation like hul is unable to provide a permanent solution for this recurring issue and taking their customers for a ride. Hope at least now something better happens.

                                      Hi,

                                      I don't know when this issue will be resolved. My machine has faulted again today and technician on visiting is saying the same story that filter and flow register has gone bad and it has to be replaced again. Entire Germ Kill Kit and Flow register was replaced only on Apr-13-2019 with payment of Rs.3250 from my pocket. Now again, we get to know that the same issue is recurring. Can HUL update whether it will be able provide a permanent fix or at least tell me in writing that your machine is not capable of purifying water in my location?

                                      I don't know whether HUL understands the plight of its customer paying out for its faulty machine every month. This has been going around in circles since January and till now there don't seem to be an end. If HUL really cares about its customer, by this time the machine itself would have been replaced. That said, I regret buying this crap with ever occuring faults. At least I hope any new prospective buyer can be saved from this cheating by HUL.
                                      Vibrating sound is coming while draining water. Required immediate repairs. But the Hindustan Lever is not responding to the calls. Hence immediate necessary action may kindly be taken to resolve the issue.
