On request as on 10/09/2022 for renewal germ kit 1 for marvella RO slim, today on 11/09/2022 your agency renewed expired kit, manufactured and packed on 09/09/2019, expiry date 09/09/2022, worried about unsafe drinking water.

    Recently we have purchased a new germ kill kit of pure it filter 14 liters, after installation the water is smelling and tasting high chlorinated, its very difficult to drink such water, resolve this issue asap.

      This morning few ladies had come to the door step, there is something going on, we are u aware off, these ladies sell Vim, domex, etc at 70/- actual cost is 100/-. Later they take our cell phones nd tell we need to inform the company about how many ppl have taken our products, so they dail a toll-free number, but later a code is received they are noting down the codes, I don't know if the Company is evn aware of this...If yes then we want to know the details behind it, if No then common people, uneducated people, ladies, give their cell phones, wat if something happens?

        I have brought two months back a pure it water purifier it drips water through batery componant and i checked it shows red colour but it should not have happened just with a two months and i want to be repaired

          Dear Team,

          We have raised an query for GKK2 to be replaced yesterday, today a Guy With name Mr. Prasad was been assigned to do it.
          His behaviour towards us and talking towards was very rude arrogant and pathetic, he spoke to us in an high pitch. it was an worst experience with us. He was representing pureit
          I called his supervision Mr. Prasad +[protected] he was supporting him instead of asking him to behave properly.
          very shameful to say you lost your brand value by keeping such employees with you.
          I will not accept this behaviour it was an insult to us I need a strict action against the service technician and such bosses for your company.
          After paying of so much amount do I call them to insult us.

          If I don’t get any support trust me this will go to the higher authorities.

            Dear Pure it Team,

            I am Ramchandra Chilkawar, a valuable customer of Pureit Max Water Saver 10 L RO + UV + MF Water Purifier. I am using this product since August 2020. Please note that I have been experiencing many issues with your product since the beginning.

            A few examples of issues are the water filter stops working. The taste and smell were very bad; the experience was harder, with high TDS outflow, the helpline indicator was red, etc.

            In two years of span, these many times I have suffered already.
            Now, again, from last week no water is not getting filtered (Complaint registered with reference number C[protected] on 26/08/2022). The technician visited today and stated that motor is not working properly; I need to pay 2500+300 service charges to rectify it.

            Every time I have complained pureit team on Helpline Number[protected] so as to resolve the issue, and on your technician visit, I have paid 300+ part change amount.

            For the recent issue In February on 22/02/2022; your authorized service centers (Raghvendra agencies Bangalore) technician asked me to replace RO Membrane and 1300/- charged.

            Again in May month, there was no water outflow; a senior technician from Raghevdra agencies Bangalore (Authorised service center) asked me to change filters/mineral kit and charged 3450/-

            This is a faulty product. How many times do I have to Pay???
            Again 2500 + charges for a motor change?? I don't want to pay again in such a faulty product.

            I don't want to waste my money and time any further.

            Please collect your Pureit Max Water Saver 10 L RO + UV + MF Water Purifier from my address and provide me a replacement or credit as further repair will not be worth it and being a health professional I know drinking water with an elevated amount of TDS for longer periods will expose the body to various chemicals, toxins and may cause chronic health conditions like cancer, liver, kidney, etc.

            Your immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated; otherwise, I need to choose another legal way to deal with the Hindustan Unilever pureit!

            Enclosed is a recent bill that I have paid: (Paid several times on every technician visit but don't have bills so unable to attach)
            1. Purchase bill attached.

            3. Mineral kit change Bill attached.

              Dear sir, I have installed PURE IT MARVELLA UV at my home five years ago.Recently I have places request to replace germkill kit which was placed properly with sms sent to me.But today I was messaged that as per my request, they have rescheduled technicians visit after five days which was never requested by me.My service request no is RFS/11144886.Just now on 28.07.22 at approx 6.50 pm I have placed my request for service asap on company helpline no and was told that may request for urgent action was placed and would be dealt with within 24 to 72 hours which is not good.Please try and provide service asap.

                Hi,
                I have 2 complaints.
                1. Service request - C[protected] for 10th Aug was never arttended. I am sure one of your service team would have cancelled it or would have marked as attended. This is the second time this is happening.
                2. The main complaint is The water purifier fell down cos the back panel broke and it is leaking and i have requested for service engineer to check every one requested pic on whats app and from 9th august they are yet to confirm on the availability of back panel. they do not call and every day we have to call them to hear from them to call another number or to wait. so after paying money and getting the product due to inferior quality of the product the customer has to run from pillar to post to get it corrected and for 10 days has to put up with a leaking water purifier. this is the fate of customers buying pureit watrer purifier. i would highly recommend customers to stay away from pureit as paying money and getting a product and then having slepless nights and stress on getting complaints resolved is not needed to anyone.
                I will go one step ahead and provide the phone number of the pureit agent who has been taking our complaints for granted [protected]. hope the proof is enough for pureit to take action on their erring personnel and start treating customers right.

                  Hi, I have been facing the worst service levels in Chennai from your partner Sri Venkateswara Agencies. On time contrary the service levels at Bangalore was great.

                  They want the whole mother board to be changed for a simple complaint that the button controlling the water tap is not functioning.

                  I have been calling the call centre almost daily for a change on service partner, I have been getting promises that service partner will be changed but nil action as the complaints are getting forwarded again and again to Sri Venkatateswara agencies only.

                  Further calls asking to speak with someone senior is resulting in promises that I will get Call back which also does not happen.

                  I trusted Unilever to give me a good service but the opposite is happening here.

                  My purifier is not working since 8th Aug and all that I am getting is promises over promises.

                  Can you find a way out for me from this pathetic service levels please.

                    Sir, i changed the germkill kit of pureit classic whose capacity is 23 lits. After pouring water i saw yellowish water came then i drained water and again i poured water and after some time again yellowish water came and taste was different so again i drained those water and still the colour is coming yellowish and taste is also different. Plz help to resolve this issue because i am not getting where is the problem. It's happening from 1 month now

                      Good afternoon,
                      This afternoon your technician visited, asked us to replace the filter unit Rs 1700.00 time being opted not to change, fixed the cover back, suddenly water started to leak from side wall, he did something, we paid him Rs300. 00. We tried using it immediately again the leaking started, called him but ignoring calls, reported by sharing videos via WhatsApp [protected]. Sorry to mention Ms Neha rude behavior, instead blaming me, pretending not to understand your technician mistake.
                      Hoping to take note of the above and expecting a call back from your end with solution being Hindustan lever a well known brand.

                        3 days back one Mr Ashok, came to my home to install a new set of filter for my Marvella RO water filter.I made the appropriate payments for that After 3 days the filter is leaking badly and they want money for fixing it .What a big scam.HUL being such a big company over the quality of the work is done by its service partners and refuse to take responsibility for it.What a shame!!

                        Yesterday the repair vendors came and did the job without charging me again.So it seems they saw reason.But the fact remains that HUL customer service do not have a good system to manage the quality of work of its service vendors.Regarding this particular complaint it is sorted.

                              Washer for Micro Charged Membrane. I have purchased this Water Purifier about 5 years back. I am also having your Classic 23 L Water Purifier since a decade which is giving me excellent service supported by your local Chennai
                              dealer Sri Venkateshwara Agency from a day one. They have told me that
                              they do not have stock of this spare Washer. I have requested you over my
                              phone calls, emails and finally a letter by Speed Post on 20/07/22 but still yet to get a favourable reply. Will you please at least now arrange to supply that spare part Washer immediately.

                                    I have pureit advanced 23 litres filter..
                                    since 2 days my filter has been leaking but thebattery has not turned red...yet...i bought a new germkill kit and replaced it with the old one...still the filter is leaking water from the compartment..

                                        Hello Sir,

                                        I am Bhaskar Mani Kiran from Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh. Recently my Pureit copper+ water purifier was a problem. The problem is, my purifier is on but water is not dispensed and also red blue green lights are on simultaneously every minute. So, I called Srikakulam service provider Mr. RAVI. They sent technician BALA KRISHNA to my home. Bala Krishna checked my purifier and replaced the adapter then my purifier worked normally. Water was dispensed and also red blue green lights were not showing. Then Bala Krishna called to Ravi. Ravi said that, adapter is 1500 Rs, and the service charge is 300 Rs.

                                        After 15 minutes, Bala Krishna irresponsibly took the water tank inlet pipe and then water fell on wires. After that Bala Krishna connected the two wires without cleaning the water then our house fuse was gone two times. At that time our family members were terrified. Then my purifier stopped and not turned on. I think that time the PCB was gone. After that Bala Krishna went and came with another technician. They both checked and eventually left saying that the PCB was gone. The technician called today and said that your purifier PCB is gone so you will pay 4500 Rs, and the service charge 300 Rs. I called pureit customer care and registered a complaint. But no one can help me.

                                        My problem is, why should I pay for a mistake made by your technician? I Want Justice.
