Dear sir,
On dated 21/03/2021 I have bought water filter Ro from electrocity guwahati
Which was found not as per the standard the water quality drawn out of it is not as per the prescribed standard and not even potable so for that reason I want the replacement of the filter with a new one, no one is listening to me on the call ao I want either refund or replacement with a new one, kindly launch a complaint of fraud against the owner of the shop Electrocity Guwahati.

    MY complaint no. CO[protected] registered on 12.03.2022

    I had registered a complaint with pureit customer care on 12.03.2022. I had purchased pureit marvela purifier from Vijay sales in Sept 2021, my purifier is under warranty & its giving me problem from the time i have purchased it. My first complaint was resolved in Jan 2022. But it's been 5 days I have registered complaint & still not attended by any of your technician. Am tired of calling customer care & writing mails, am not getting any good reply or help from your pureit customer care. I am not sure about this even could solve my problem. I Am trying my luck if anyone could help me with the same.
    Its been 5 days there is no drinking water. I want the purifier replaced witn the new as this 2nd time am facing problem with the new pureit prifier.

    if you need i can share the call details & mails that i have sent to pureit customer care.

      Taking the money not providing the candle of pure it

      He has taken the money for candles of pure it ro+uv he is said to me daily i will come and again said that i will come atleast one day is taking with me rude behaviour on phone call he cut the phone now is not lifting the phone he has taken RS2000 for candle in advance i got this number on just dial .com i sent you screenshot of it payement he given me visting card i have sent that also to you

      Dear Team,
      I am residing in Porur, Chennai. Pureit Max Water Saver 10 L RO + UV + MF Water Purifier with Eco Recovery Technology (Black, White) installed in my house April month 2021. I have changed the main filter two times in this period and from last week machine indicates main filter needs to be changed (Lifetime of filter- 7 months ). Complaint with Pureit customer care made in start of Feb (See the below email ) is attended by Madha Agencies, Porur, Chennai. They could not able tell the condition of the filter condition. They are giving some excuses.

      My TDS is 770 ppm. Main filter life time is about 7 months. Cost is[protected] Rs . In this case complain in the machine or filter ?

      Please see the below mails from the start I am facing issue to this machine. Plz look carefully. I am ready upgrade my machine with a different version if it is possible.

      This case further continues I would not recommend for any one and even I would not buy again because of this issue.

        When I purchased the product, I was not made aware of the annual maintenance cost (AMC). AMC is very high and the products provided dosent look like worth the money we are spending. and the products cost is listed as 2500 on the internet and when I called the customer care to order, they said the cost is increased and the price is 2700. now the situation is like I am trapped in the companies policies which are not friendly to the customer. I request some action to be taken on such companies or keep a check on this issues.

          Recently there was a contest on the official instagram page of "Pondsindia" . And I was among one of the winner. Then they asked for further details like email address, for which I cooperated too.
          But now it's been about 3 weeks And still now I haven't received any information whether it's been dispatched or not.

            I am Dr Ashu Gupta frm jalandhar, Punjab. We purchased and installed ur RO model Classic G2 Mineral RO+MF in May 2019.
            Unfortunately we r not satisfied with its performance. Within 2.5 yrs, it's indicators stopped working. We can not expect such poor performance frm product of such reputed company.
            Technician visited and declared that u have to change electronic part that handles indicators. It's costs 3100.

                I purchased the copper ro last 7 month ago but in December 2021 it stop working, I register complain in site and the mechanic came and told the it unable to solve the problem and they have to order some parts then it will solve .but it had one month their no step taken and when I checked online my complain was closed with out solving my ro came under warranty period I have prove of not fulling my complain if it not solved I will take the legal path and see in court.

                    Even after 5 days the water purifier is not installed properly by Purit service agency. Water is leaking and th water is full of filter particles. When requested they behave rudely and they are saying if you want our services wait. We will come at our own time. So much for the great company called Hindustan Unilever.

                      I have purchased in new Copper Eco model RO on Dec 24th 2021 at Vasanth & Co Tambaram Branch. The product cost is Rs. 23500. After complete the installation, water leakaed in outside segment filter. I have registered the compliant on 27th Dec 2021 (Com. No. CO[protected] to pureit customer care. But the Problem was not solved. Again we have raised the another complaint on 28th Dec 2021 (Com. No. CO[protected], Still now this complaint was not closed. Also the local service partner (UK Agencies, Tambaram, Pin code 600045) are not proper responsed in our complaint and not attend the phone call. This is one of the worst service in Pureit. I have one of the Pure it customer past 9 Years. Now I have faced very bad experience with Pureit.

                      Need the best soloution from Pureit immediately.

                            Brought 2 of them. Got them installed on 29th December 2021. Almost Everyday I am in touch with your customer care, Mr. Vikram from kandivali branch calls me, Mr. Dhiren from Pureit calls me. But there's no solution. Issue is as follows:
                            1st machine was tampered during installation where the design came off from the Tap. Immediately escalated this issue, I was said that I will get a new Pannel which I haven't got in 14days.
                            2nd machine has slow leakage continously for which I made videos and clicked pictures everytime. Other than the installation time, 2 more times the technician couldn't solve it. Mr. Babloo was the technician who reports Mr. Rahul. Mr. Rahul now wants to send another technician which will be the 4th Visit..I have been saying to simply give me a replacement since we are not here everytime to unnecessarily empty water everytime to check and recheck. This can be done at your pureit workshop or any place of repair from your end. How many times this has caused Inconvenience to me. Please provide me appellate authority service for croma. I shall make sure that review reaches out to the public and now I know why customers return their products by creating huge ruckus in the store when customer is taken for granted.

                                Hi,

                                I have purchased pureit ultima RO plus UV water purifier which was having water leakage and registered a complaint for technician visit. On 9th Nov 2021 technician visited and replaced the Booster Pump which is tempered old spare part. It's making too much noise and informed to the technician on that but he told no problem. It's a tempered old spare part used to replace and they have taken Rs 2000 for the same and never attended the problem of extreme noise since then.

                                Please note repeatedly leakage issue is happening from 27th Oc 2021 and since past 3 moths they are replaced Booster Pump and on 2nd Ja 2022 they have replaced Solenoid Valve. On 2nd Jan 2022 we have CCTV footage of their technician tempering the spare part and installed in my purifier saying its company's complementary. Please not Solenoid Pump which has been replaced is not at all working as it is old one.

                                Since past 3 months leakge issue is not resolved and I have paid Rs 2000 for a Booster Pump which is also a old spare parts and have been cheated by thier service provider Raghavendra Agencies Bangalore. I have raised multiple complaints but company is least bothered and did not atke any action to solve the issue since past 3 months.

                                Kindly look into the issue, I want original genuine parts to be provided for which I have already made payment of Rs2000.

                                Please find duplicate local parts provided to me by Raghavendra Agency saying it's original from the company.

                                Today technician visited saying got new parts for local made Booster Pump which they have installed before and Solenoid Valve will be replaced but he did not replace. He just checked once again without my agreement he replaced membrane saying instructions from the company which is disgusting. After replacing the membrane when it did not stop leakge I asked to install my old membrane he told tomorrow Raghvendra Agencies Manager will come and check. Without informing me they have replaced my Original Booster Pump with local made pump. Company original pump is Rs2500 where as they have taken Rs 2000 which has been informed by technician Satish who has visited.

                                Also note on 26th October 2021 they have replaced GKK kit 1 and took Rs 2500 plus visiting charge which is removed from company record saying I have cancelled where as I have WhatsApp message where I have shared my location with their technician who came to install GKK kit1.

                                I have not received any solution and still water leakage is on.Please find new bill copy shared for all old parts replaced in the name of new parts.

                                    product name : Pureit Marvella RO+UV

                                    We feel getting cheated by Pureit and its vendor providing service provider.

                                    we faced issue with poor filteration and flow of water pressure. machine was operative but when we logged a online complaint and technician came and he told us that most crical parts are faulty and need to be replaced. so think over it and let them know if required to repair device. later device stopped working and no power after technician checked. He informed that we need to replace now PCB, motor and filters almost all new parts in devixe and costing 9000rs will be charged to make it work.

                                    How parts are getting fualty so soon with this advance device with low maintaince service as per model. Now No AMC and we have to face the cost . Techinican played witth device and not deep techinical experience. ...

                                    We feel purit and its vendor has some contract to get more money from the cusotmer and commission after replacing device and in parts. How come costly device 19k approx parts gettingg faulty altogether.

                                    we doubt that some intelligence devices also installed and timer set in device which gives faulty indigation though parts are healthy but required to replace.

                                    we logged many complains but Pureit lead and senior guys busy and no support last few days.

                                    Please resolve this to continue this servixe.

                                      It was ordered and installed in september 2020. After only 3 months, it was showing red light, i called helpline executives came and fix it. Again the same thing happened, this time some part was changed and i was assured it will work now well. But, again the purifier is showing red light, and now i m fed up, since i m a working women, can not aford this kind of frequent trouble due to lack of time.
