I am a regular consumer of HUL products.

I purchased a box of Lipton Loose Green Tea 250g through Amazon and this was delivered to me today. The box is puffed up as if it is filled with gas. I have never come across this in my previous purchases of Lipton Loose Green Tea.

I lodged a complaint on 26/03/2021, with HUL; and subsequently in reply to HUL’s email I submitted photos of the puffed box along with details of the purchase. In response to the above complaint, HUL generated the following ref:_00DE0bbLj._5004JO5uqH:ref . Subsequently HUL’s customer care agent called me and stated that the Lipton Loose Green Tea package would be replaced. I had given complete details of the purchase and my contact information to HUL’s customer care.

However, till date I have not got the replacement Lipton Loose Green Tea package. My email to HUL customer care is going unanswered.

    We have made complaint for problem in touch panel of the RO on 11.08.20 vide complaint number CO[protected]. After 2days a technician came and told us that company has fooled us by selling this model, this model is not worth buying. Then he opened the machine and pasted the touch panel with feviquick, we resisted him from doing but he continued to do so. Then the touch panel's sensor stopped working, then he scratched the whole touch panel with knife leaving a hole. And asked us to use a pen for using the Machine. On scolding him, he left saying he will come Nxt day and then after stopped receiving our calls. I have complained several times regarding the same to your customer care number regarding the same but till date no body has come.
    I am very disappointed with the service and will go to consumer forum with my complaint if not resolved in 7days.

      This is with reference to the Germ Kill Kit we had ordered for my Pureit Advanced 23L filter on 3rd October 2020 for GKK2 for an amount of Rs 1250/-. The technician came home on 6th October 2020 but returned without replacing the germ kill kit saying that he had gotten the wrong kit as per the model. We received no information for 2 days and after much follow up as we were left with no drinking water, he arrived and replaced it when my aged parents were there home alone.

      I have been using the non-battery Pureit filter for more than 12 years and in most of the case, the Germ Kill kit lasts anywhere between 11 months to more than a year. But this time I have replaced it on 8th Oct 2020 and by yesterday 26th March 2021 the germ kill kit has got over, indicating Red.

      I am aware that HUL has no internally manufactured Germ Kill Kit but it is bought from the outside market locally. I already have the insider information ie by a technician who has worked there before, he has informed me how the technicians make money, they buy them locally in the case of Bangalore from K R Market /Majestic area at a very low price, sometimes lesser capacity ones. As we customers do not understand the capacity, these technicians trick us by saying it is for 1500/3000 Litre and replace this cheap locally made one by overcharging us. Before this too one technician did a similar thing, this time I am in no mood to take it lying down.

      I am requesting you to make amends to this sleazy method and replace me with a germ kill kit free of cost and find ways not to let such technician who lacks integrity and efficiency damage your company reputation. I shall wait for your immediate response favourably than to trigger me to take further escalation methods.

      Please understand we are no rich people with deep pockets but slog our way out to make ends meet. Understand our constraints and your obligation to provide us with genuine products and good service.

      I have all the SMS records of the same to substantiate my claim. Should you need that please let me know to provide the same.

        I have ordered samples thru the smartpick program. The courier partner ST Couriers has forged my signature on the Proof of Delivery document and reported as item delivered. The people at HUL are refusing to acknowlege this and claiming reasons like technical issues, will be delivered soon etc. Am attaching screen shot of the POD
        There are many cases of such forged signatures mentioned in the comments on the advertisement on Facebook

        Still not resolved. I have been getting messages from them for the past one week that there is a delay in delivery and will be resolved soon. They are not even acknowledging my basic complaint of forgery of signature. The staff who have been sending these messages are

          Pureit RO + Marvella GKK2 Kit Warranty

          I have purchased Pureit RO + UV Gkk2 kit in August 2020 and paid Rs.3500 + installation charges to technician for the same. But today suddenly water started leaking from the RO, as one of the filter bottle got broken.

          Today I have registered complaint for this issue, then team told me that their is no warranty for gkk2 kit. If they can't provide warranty for the product, then why company is selling the filter kits on extremely...

          I have bought pureit marvella eco filter on 15-jan-2021. Installation team, installed it on 16-jan. From day 1 onwards there is problem in filter, where water leaks from waste water pipe even after tank is full. It continues to leak 24×7 even if no water is used from filter.I had raised a complaint and service team had visited my home "7" times but the issue is still not fixed. Very bad experience, where in service team is not helping us to resolve it . I need this to be addressed ASAP. Calling service team many times is really taking peace out of our family.

            I Had Raised Complaint on[protected] After a Day I Had Called Again and they are Saying Address Mentioned is Blore Location but Had Brought 2 Purifier 1 For Mys and 1 For Blr Location and there is no Mention of Mys address. And Engineers are Not Informed me Also After me Saying Mysore Address 3 Times.

            [protected] Raised Complaint Again and Got Local Dealer Number and I had called him fot Resolve of the issue he z Directly Saying in the face Not my Problem sir I won't come Today.

            I am Not Getting Water from 2 Days and These Guys are Playing like They don't Mind At all.

            Nobody Had called till this time. I had to call Customer care Multiple times to Follow up.

            While Buying they give 24hrs Service Promise and All other Promises and when it comes to Service nobody Bothered about the Problems we are Facing.

            I Don't Recommend if the Service is Like this Bad.

              Marvella RO Light purifier not working, green light blinking

              Our Marvela RO light purifier is not working, the second led is blinking green and it is not dispensing water. I tried calling on the customer support but i am not able to lodge a complaint from there.

                I have purchased pureit water filer on 29-Sep-2018 by paying 16200. Within two months, water was leaking from the unit. The unit was replaced with a unit that was manufactured in May-2014. Now the unit does not work. Unnati, their agent in Hyderabad is asking me to pay Rs7000 towards replacing a control module. Within 2 years, I am being asked to pay Rs7000 towards maintenance of a product that costs 16200. The faulty product manufactured in 2018 was replaced with a product manufactured in 2015. I bought the product two years back. Now the product that is installed is more than five year old. Obviously it will develop issues after five years!!. Pureit is simply forwarding my request to unnati, who is a dealer in Hyderabad.
                Pureit has maintained that paying 7000 towards maintenance of a product that costs 16200 within two years does not make sense.

                  I raised complaint with Pureit with Complaint number CO[protected]th Dec) for water leaking issue. Next day Satish (Purit Technician) came and told me that i need to get Carbon Filter chnage. He changed water filter and charged me (1500).
                  Same day in evening water started again leaking from water purifier and we called again Satish to check. He came again with Other technicain and did something. Asked me that it's need add pressure valve.
                  7th Dec, Satish Replaced pressure valves and one more sockte in Machine, total charged (800). Water purifier again started leaking on same day and some time even not functioning.
                  He was not even picking my call. So i called Purity Agencies (Raghavendra Agencies LSP). He told me that senior technician will visi and check.

                  16th Dec, Senior Technicion Joshua visted and checked. He told me my that circuit board have issues and i need to pay 5500 to get replaced.

                  I already spent 2300 and other 300 INR water i purchased outside. Now i need to pay 5500 again to get my purifier circuit board fixed. (Even after that also he is not giving me 6 month warranty)

                  I still waiting to get my purfier fixed, Waiting for my complaint Complaint Number (CO[protected] to be executed.

                  Please never purchase any purit purifier..

                    As I go through these complaints already on board, I think I too should bring out my issues in this forum.
                    I too Pureit ultima RO +UV, just 4 years before bought. Every six months the GkK 1 or 2 goes off. The agency assigned to this area comes with the spare parts which do not have the brand name or logo in it, every time. I noticed this very recently when I visited their web site. When I complained the customer care and requested to change the agency, they are telling it’s not possible.
                    Now the complaint is my unit too is having PCB which went off immediately after changing GKK2. These service guys are not professionally qualified I guess. I have complained several times to the customer care via email but no reply to any single mail.
                    Is this the product worth of what we paid around 20K? Every six months changing any one of the gkk? And finally pcb gone in a short while? Is this the standard of the support level from company, not replying the emails even? Didn’t expect this from the great grand brand HUL..

                    The duplicate items used by the agency is not questioned by the company nor do they give any solution. Simply pick up the call, and assign the complaint to the same agency, not understanding the nature of the complaint? Is it a monopoly for the service agency of this location?
                    The worst ever customer support in the industry. Highly condemn this kind of attitude. I would think of taking up with consumer court.

                      Hul pureit ultima ro+uv has faulty circuit board which is also known to manufacturers as defective part ... I am using it since 2 yrs and I am changing gkk 1 and gkk2 kits regularly and all service s are done at correct time, but finally after 2 yrs suddenly one fine day without any fault the circuit board got currupt and all lights are blinking regularly . It is even worst than Chinese part .
                      Service professional said ultima has this circuit problem from long and its known them to cause problems regularly ... Now he says it may cost 3500 and if adapter is also gone it may cost 1900 more ...this is "pure cheating" not pureit.

                        I have contacted service agency in pondicherry. 2 months before
                        . I had received a call after 2 weeks from the service center, after taking the details over the phone they said it’s an issue with power adapter.It has to be changed

                        It’s been 60 days no one bother to give the update from Unilever, or local service team as it’s an essential needs for day to day requirement. Now I have to depend totally on external water source.

                        It’s really unsatisfying to know the kind of service I have receiving after so many calls to Pureit customer care still no one bother to provide the solution on it.
                        Again I contacted 30 days before... message received as below
                        : "Thanks for registering ur Complaint with Pureit. Our Service Technician from chola agency will visit u within 24 HRS."

                            Has the filter broken down? Please send your service techie to resolve the issue. Two senior citizens drink that water. The kit cannot crash in one month ?

                              My RO is not working, I have been trying to call customer care number for last 3 days its not connecting, unable to place complaint from website as it does not send me otp.

                              Every year I am spending 3k for service and filter but that did not pay off. For last 3 days I have spent 500+ in buying water bottles.

                              Its been a pain buying pureIT RO . I would now have to go with an external service provider as pureit is ready to attend its customers.

                              I also called service agent who cam last time (shrikant), without inspection he said circuit board will be replaced and that too is not available for next 10-15 days.

                              I would not recommend HUL to anyone in future, instead ask them to avoid buying pureIT . Because a product without support is useless

                                I purchased 2bottle of the above mentioned produc from flip kart, but
                                Date of manufacture and information regarding best before not given.How shall we know about the expiry date.So we cant use the product.
                                is it a duplicate product.

                                  My grandmother hold shares in Unilever. However, to demat these shares, she needs duplicate share certificate, since the original one has been lost. It was bought more than 20 years back. However, I took all the necessary steps mentioned by the investor relation department o[censored]nilever. They told me to send request letter to Karvy Fintech Hyderabad. I have done all steps and then there is no reply to my mail. All the contact number mentioned in Unilever website does not connect me any person, doesn't respond to any mail also.

                                    We brought a Hul pureit Ecowater purifier in the month of September at 14800rs. Now it's just 1.5 months and the Hul technicians visited 3 times due to various problems. And now in just 2 months the Germ kit GKK has failed. We have been going around in circles and it's just enough now. Please refund our money as it's just been 2 months and the product is in warranty.
