Few days before I bought ice cream from shop which is manufactured at 9/2/2021 . After opening ice cream was not set and smell was something bad. Somehow it was like sponge. And at base it created something orange colour. Please bann this product

    I have ordered product on 28.05.2021 and received 13 days after placing the order. The installation was completed after 10 days from the delivery, we have faced water leakage issue. Had registered the compliant through Toll Free number the next week itself, but there was no action against the complaint. Kindly request you to provide some good service for the same.

      The water dispenser button is broken. It was broken by the service executive during the filter service. It is more than 6 months and i am still waiting for the part replacement.

      Even, i am ready to pay for the part.

      Really not acceptable that the company is unable to change the part. I also had the water leaking issues from the time i have this product.

        I have ordered product and received 15 days back. After installation we have faced water leakage issue and no filtering problem. Once technician visit completed for 3-4 days everything worked well. Now again water leakage happening, this is very bad service.
        Kindly help with issue resolution or replacing the defective product.

            Dear sir,
            I have purchased Hindustan Uniliver copper RO water purifier Product about year and half ago. This started leaking within the 1 year warranty period and couple other minor problems. I have complained to the company through email and some local guys rushed to repair and they said fixed all the problems and charrged some amount for filter which i thought is ok. But the problem was never resolved. Within few days again the same problem started. I called the local service guys so many times. They had come once to check and they said they need some replacement part and took aboit 4 mnths to replace and they said ineed to pay for it as the machine is out of warranty and the problems are still there and after they never arrived untill now. Company sells the product every where in India, but foes not provide service properly. Now we do not have water through the filter from 4 days. We are calling them so.many times and they dont even answer the call.Please help to get our rights to have proper service after sales.

              Trusting the brand Pureit (HUL) I took Pureit Water Purifier Cooper+ Mineral + RO + UV +MF on 20-June-20 and to continue the trust would like to get an AMC as One year from purchase is about to get over.

              From sources (Online, Customer Care executives etc) of yours it was informed no AMC options are provided for this product which is like duping customers of there hard earned money. Will have to pay for expensive parts.

              All this is not informed at the time of purchase or any where on the box or booklets.

              So if you are hoping to buy the product thinking you will take an AMC after warranty expires as to reduce the burden of expensive parts for such devices, the same is still not available with HUL Pureit

              I also mailed regarding the above concerns but there is no psitive response from HUL Pureit.

                I am residing in Santoshapuram, Chennai 600073.
                Pureit Ultima RO+UV installed in my flat is not dispensing water for the last one month. Complaint with Pureit customecare made in Mid May is yet to be resolved by UK Agencies, Chromepet, Chennai. They are giving one excuse or other like lockdown, staff shortage and now non availability of spare part, viz dispenser switch. They say that they have ordered for the switch but do not know when it will be received.
                In sheer helplessness, I am approaching you to help resolve my complaint.

                    I am owning Pure It - Marvella, an RO UV water purifier
                    1, Whilst i appreciate the performance of the purifier is good, but it seems to be expensive to maintain it.

                    2, Every time there is a malfunctioning, the servicemen claims that a part is not functioning and each part is expensive

                    3, The most sickening irony is though each part costs around Rs 3000/ but warranty is only 3 months which further gives hesitancy to replace the part.

                    4, Between 2.6.2020 to till date i have spent Rs10550/ for maintainence which includes consumables like filters and repairs . Is it prudent to spend so much for a water purifier? The authorised person who serviced me was Dynamic agency - Chennai

                    5, Let me re-iterate, i am not for once saying product or water is bad, but certainly its expensive pinch for a family to maintain a purifier of this nature.

                    I am confused, should i concede such expenses for such a basic need for a good "Pure Drinking Water".

                    I repeat this does not purport to be a complaint, instead a customer feed back.

                    May i request any other manufacturer who could give us a reasonable cost plus maintainence a good water purifier

                    It's too late, i have purchased a different brand and installed as well.
                    Your Business associate Dynamic Agency in Chennai are more focussed on replacing consumables or in nutshell to say they are sales oriented than being service oriented. Your product needs more of Pro Customer attitude, which I didn't find, instead you have trained technician who comes with the eagerness to change the spare parts.

                      The product is defective and is leaking from the very first day of installation. After repeated complaints there has been a slow response from the company. Although there have been two visits by the technicians, but they have not been able to find out even the source of leak. The problem persists and there is no attempt to replace the defective product. It is is requested that the product may be replaced ASAP.

                        Hi Team,

                        I am Pavan working as a software engineer in Hyderabad, I have purchased a HUL Pureit Marvella Eco RO+UV+UF with 18500 Rs /- from Bajaj Finance(Nizampet Branch) on 16.11.2020

                        We may regularly consume 25 Litre water bottles for our daily purpose, and we decided to save the amount on the maintenance cost on water . For this reason we planned to purchase a water purifier and we did some market research from the Internet and finally we selected the HUL brand .

                        Our requirement is better water quality and low maintenance annually.

                        Now coming to our real experience after using the HUL Marvella Eco RO+UV+UF +

                        Basic Calculation : 25 EA Water Can × 25 Rs/- Each = 625 Rs/- per month
                        7500 /- Per Year

                        HUL Pureit : RO Membrane FR 1900 Rs/-(under warranty covered now) + SF Filter 400 Rs/- RO Memline 1900 Rs /- = 4200 Rs/- in Six Months
                        8400 /- Per Year (May be it will more 10000 Rs/-)

                        My question is why I am facing this issue, initially I planned to choose this product for less maintenance cost, which would be 4500 Rs /- for all the filters annually and if there is any spare part that got damaged I need to bear it.

                        So what is the solution for this, i need to bear this 10000/-Rs amount on Annual basis, or any solution you people can provide to me.

                        Present TDS Level from our water is 556 to 600 ( Its source from Water Tankers)

                        Pureit machine maintenance cost is high. But that part of the matter come to light only when we start using it. The sediment filter cost is Rs. 350 but you have to buy from their appointed dealer and the cost of installing that simple thing is 300. You cannot buy from the dealer directly and its a monopoly. Then the whole RO filter cost 2950 which they claim will give X liters of water but in reality it will be out in just less than 9 months. So per year you have to spend on 2 sediment filters and 1 complete kit which works out to Rs.4250 which is 1/3 of the price of the machine.

                            This is to inform you that I had purchased a 4 kg bag of Surf Excel easy detergent from D-Mart (D Mart Ready, Kewal Tower, Malad west, Mumbai 400064) through my order no. 28929467 dt.30.4.2021.

                            I am very disappointed to inform you that when we opened the bag at home, we found many stones like lumps in the powder. You have supplied inferior quality product which I request you to kindly arrange to replace.

                            I am attaching the photograph of the inferior product. The lumps were taken out from the bag and kept on newspaper and taken the photograph.

                                Sometimes back I had complained about my purifier Marvelous RO Slim.
                                It was giving a lot of waste water while the filtration was on.
                                Someone from the centre came and replaced a few parts.
                                He also replaced the filter unit.
                                While he replaced the filter unit, I told him that their is no change in the taste and smell in the filtered water. The technician took me into confidence and said that now with the new designed parts the smell and taste does not change.
                                I somehow feel that the service centre technicians are playing foul, with replacing repaired or used parts.
                                Presently when the filter unit is on, it delivers too much of waste water. It also delivers some waste water while the filter unit is off.
                                Kindly look into the matter.

                                  I am a regular consumer of HUL products.

                                  I purchased a box of Lipton Loose Green Tea 250g through Amazon and this was delivered to me today. The box is puffed up as if it is filled with gas. I have never come across this in my previous purchases of Lipton Loose Green Tea.

                                  I lodged a complaint on 26/03/2021, with HUL; and subsequently in reply to HUL’s email I submitted photos of the puffed box along with details of the purchase. In response to the above complaint, HUL generated the following ref:_00DE0bbLj._5004JO5uqH:ref . Subsequently HUL’s customer care agent called me and stated that the Lipton Loose Green Tea package would be replaced. I had given complete details of the purchase and my contact information to HUL’s customer care.

                                  However, till date I have not got the replacement Lipton Loose Green Tea package. My email to HUL customer care is going unanswered.

                                    We have made complaint for problem in touch panel of the RO on 11.08.20 vide complaint number CO[protected]. After 2days a technician came and told us that company has fooled us by selling this model, this model is not worth buying. Then he opened the machine and pasted the touch panel with feviquick, we resisted him from doing but he continued to do so. Then the touch panel's sensor stopped working, then he scratched the whole touch panel with knife leaving a hole. And asked us to use a pen for using the Machine. On scolding him, he left saying he will come Nxt day and then after stopped receiving our calls. I have complained several times regarding the same to your customer care number regarding the same but till date no body has come.
                                    I am very disappointed with the service and will go to consumer forum with my complaint if not resolved in 7days.

                                      This is with reference to the Germ Kill Kit we had ordered for my Pureit Advanced 23L filter on 3rd October 2020 for GKK2 for an amount of Rs 1250/-. The technician came home on 6th October 2020 but returned without replacing the germ kill kit saying that he had gotten the wrong kit as per the model. We received no information for 2 days and after much follow up as we were left with no drinking water, he arrived and replaced it when my aged parents were there home alone.

                                      I have been using the non-battery Pureit filter for more than 12 years and in most of the case, the Germ Kill kit lasts anywhere between 11 months to more than a year. But this time I have replaced it on 8th Oct 2020 and by yesterday 26th March 2021 the germ kill kit has got over, indicating Red.

                                      I am aware that HUL has no internally manufactured Germ Kill Kit but it is bought from the outside market locally. I already have the insider information ie by a technician who has worked there before, he has informed me how the technicians make money, they buy them locally in the case of Bangalore from K R Market /Majestic area at a very low price, sometimes lesser capacity ones. As we customers do not understand the capacity, these technicians trick us by saying it is for 1500/3000 Litre and replace this cheap locally made one by overcharging us. Before this too one technician did a similar thing, this time I am in no mood to take it lying down.

                                      I am requesting you to make amends to this sleazy method and replace me with a germ kill kit free of cost and find ways not to let such technician who lacks integrity and efficiency damage your company reputation. I shall wait for your immediate response favourably than to trigger me to take further escalation methods.

                                      Please understand we are no rich people with deep pockets but slog our way out to make ends meet. Understand our constraints and your obligation to provide us with genuine products and good service.

                                      I have all the SMS records of the same to substantiate my claim. Should you need that please let me know to provide the same.

                                        I have ordered samples thru the smartpick program. The courier partner ST Couriers has forged my signature on the Proof of Delivery document and reported as item delivered. The people at HUL are refusing to acknowlege this and claiming reasons like technical issues, will be delivered soon etc. Am attaching screen shot of the POD
                                        There are many cases of such forged signatures mentioned in the comments on the advertisement on Facebook

                                        Still not resolved. I have been getting messages from them for the past one week that there is a delay in delivery and will be resolved soon. They are not even acknowledging my basic complaint of forgery of signature. The staff who have been sending these messages are

                                        The mails are coming from the mail ID . I do not know if this a genuine account or not.
