[Resolved] Pureit / Hindustan Unilever — Fraud when installing GKK kit.

Hi Sir/Madam, On 6 Feb a technician from PureIt vendor (Sharanya Enterprise LSP) came to install GKK kit for my Classic G2 Mineral RO + UV machine he had installed 2 filters but didn't installed last filter and said would require Housing case for that for which he will provide for free but he took extra ₹200 with the GKK kit charge of ₹3250 total money was paid to him via UPI (transaction I'd - T2402061538291019597362) Total - ₹3450 He didn't came for a week then on 17th Feb he came with housing case but to make more money he had broken the case as said for new case would require additional ₹850. I have raised a complaint also ref. No. CO[protected] but of no use today also on 19th they didn't fixed the issue. If PureIt can't fix my issue I want my full money back ₹3450 or else they should get this issue resolved and pay me back my extra ₹200 as soon as possible. Feb 23, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved I got a call from the customer service, they had taken some time 2 days but on 3rd day the same staff came and changed the housing case and installed the filter. I had sent email directly to [email protected] to get this complaint moving forward. PureIt really wasted my 17 days time and stressed me and my family alot. Neither there staff or anyone had called me to apologise. They just wanted the code to get the complaint closed. PureIT / Hindustan Unilever customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
