[Resolved]  Purple Optics — Bad experience

hi I am Arul Kumar, 2 months before i was purchased one frame at Purple optics in pallavaram, but unfortunately frame and glass was cracked, but the problems was happen on manufacturing defect, so i was mate purple optics' concern person and i was explain all those things that time concern person asked 2 days for time, so agreed for that and i was followed next 2 days but concerns person was told it not coming under warranty, so asked valuable reasons but persons was not told valuable reason.

This is Thenraj am from chennai I bought a contact lens from one of your branch in porur, chennai and am totally disappointed with the service. The lens fits in one eye and in the other eye it doesn't fit. I want a refund for this. I want a immediate response from your self.

I give "0" rating. they told me will deliver the item in one day, but still i haven't received the item, also no updates from them.Customer handling is very worst.
