[Resolved] Purple Optics — Bad experience | |||
hi I am Arul Kumar, 2 months before i was purchased one frame at Purple optics in pallavaram, but unfortunately frame and glass was cracked, but the problems was happen on manufacturing defect, so i was mate purple optics' concern person and i was explain all those things that time concern person asked 2 days for time, so agreed for that and i was followed next 2 days but concerns person was told it not coming under warranty, so asked valuable reasons but persons was not told valuable reason. I give "0" rating. they told me will deliver the item in one day, but still i haven't received the item, also no updates from them.Customer handling is very worst.
