Hi this is subramani kishore. I had booked 4 tickets today in the www.pvrcinemas.com. in this website i had booked to a movie neyney raju neyney manthri at the 1.35pm show time. But when the time of booking they had taken money from my credit card. But i didnt recive any tickets from them. What i have to do now show is going to start. Now how i have to cancel the tickets. How can i get refunded. So, please give some solution.
