[Resolved] PVR Cinemas — not getting a text message for ticket confirmation. | |||
Yesterday i have booked three tickets for mubarkan for the show at 8.50pm. All the payment procedures were over but i did not received the ticket confirmation text on my mobile number and when i enquired at the ticket counter they said no tickets were booked by me and at the same time my bank account was saying that cash has been transacted to pvr cinemas. They sent me an email on the id i have provided with the password but no confirmation mail. They said team is actively working at this technical issue.
