Nachos bill no.[protected]/7/2017) was an absolute spoiler. When i ordered i specifically asked to change the dips with fresh ones but the person again served me with cold dips. I understand the same is fresh but the taste of dips at room temperature and cold is absolutely different. So after 3 -4 nachos i left it back at the counter because didn't want to waste food. Although they offered me new when i complained to the manger but result was i come to enjoy my saturday and went home with a spoiled mood. Everything cannot be replaced by refund or replacement. You spoil someones evening and then want to give an experience to remember. Please sensitize your staff that everyone has different taste buds and when someone asks for fresh either refuse or change at the same moment. Was this information helpful? | |
