PVR Cinemas — They are charging me for uncooked which I don't even want to add with my movie tickets

I have been to PVR cinemas opulent mall Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh today . There they were charging RS. 140 Extra for uncooked popcorn sachet with the tickets. They told us that we need buy popcorn with the tickets otherwise you cannot have the tickets. And to cook those popcorn sachet they were RS.300 more. There should be some strict actions towards these kind of things.
