Went to watch Spider-Man no way home on 28th Jan 2022 with friends. Had to walk off due to really bad 3D quality. The images were constantly ghosting. Any fast movement across screen would cause the video to blurr. It caused a literal headache. When we complained to the staff and even the manager, they just told us that they recently got a new projector. No one acknowledged our complaint. They just kept repeating how this is a new projector as if that somehow explains the problem. I have never had a worse theatre experience. Was this information helpful? |
