We are extremely pissed as ACs not working in audi 6, pvr chd at present..watching OMG...INTERMISSION IS PASSED, STILL The CONDITION IS ADVERSE...Shocked TO SEE Such PATHETIC CONDITION OF AUDI 6...FEELING SUFFOCATED N SWEATING IN THIS CONDITION

We are still in audi6, pvr, chd, watching OMGmovie..we HV reached interval n still ACs are not operational..thrice, we complained but till now, no relief ..we are shocked to see such a condition of PVR...PPL believe in PvR for its quality n trust..but today's condition is pathetic

Went to watch Spider-Man no way home on 28th Jan 2022 with friends. Had to walk off due to really bad 3D quality. The images were constantly ghosting. Any fast movement across screen would cause the video to blurr. It caused a literal headache. When we complained to the staff and even the manager, they just told us that they recently got a new projector. No one acknowledged our complaint. They just kept repeating how this is a new projector as if that somehow explains the problem. I have never had a worse theatre experience.

I came in to book 4 tickets 24/2/20. I was charged rs.1420 stating that being a new movie it is under promotion and we will be provided discount vouchers for eatables. Upon checking the tickets each ticket costed rs. 180 (Approx), meaning i was overcharged rs. 700!

When i took this with the manager (Saurav), he assured me i was gonna be refunded at my seats and i believed that the matter was sorted.

In spite of multiple reminders, i was returned the money until i went back to the manager at which time he did return my money. I was upset and told him all this cheating has resulted in me missing my movie as i was standing with him.

He got so rude he told me ' chal na be' amongst other stuff. He was so rude speaking casually with hands in pockets and eating a chewing gum!

I did not visit you guys to be humilated and spoken to in such a manner!

Yesterday i went to elante mall to watch movie with some of my friends we also buy something from there as i want to share that when i got free from their and we decided to go back parking booth payment was not open and we paid the parking on exit and when i was supposed to give the parking they took ₹90 for parking which is not reasonable at all. Strict action should be taken

I have paid 1050 rs and my seat is out of order. Recliner does not worked. My back is painting like hell. These type of services are been given by pvr cinemas. This was a feedback

I went with my friends to see “Black Panther 3d” in pvr elante. I noticed, The staff was providing used goggles, i was aware that this is duty of theatre to wash the goggles before providing used goggles, so i asked them what is their process to clean and reuse the 3d goggles, the staff did not had any answer. One of the staffer said, their is no risk. This meant they were playing with public health as reusing goggles can transmit viral infections. Ideally the goggles should be watshed or thoroughly wiped before providing!! I am really concerned about this because not meeting an adequate standard in public health os in direct violation of fundamental rights!!

I entered in mall at 10.52 am and after 15.00 i paid parking fees for 5 hours and meanwhile it took more than 15 minutes to leave from the mall.
I went to parking manager mr suresh that i was not aware of the 15 minutes time but i have paid for 5 hours instead of guiding me in a nice manner he started misbehaving with me along with his one of the colleague. I came back to my car where my husband was also sitting. When my husband went to mr suresh he even misbehaved with him along with his junior.

If you are not going to take action against him then i will put this whole issue on social sites that in elante mall women are threatened by their own staff.
I want that action should be taken against mr suresh he should not be spared. Cell no of suresh is

Respected sir/madam Tonite I went to see terminator genesis at Audi 3 of elante mall Chandigarh in 8:15 pm show. Post interval the movie was hazy and difficult to watch. On contacting the on duty manager I was told that it's the content of the movie that's why it appears like that and rather than being apologetic about it or rectifying it .. He started abusing me.
