I have paid 1050 rs and my seat is out of order. Recliner does not worked. My back is painting like hell. These type of services are been given by pvr cinemas. The arm rest at j8 j9 were having open armrest with nails rusted and sharp pricked my hand and started bleeding.
No care and help from the team and atrocious affair at a theatre.
