I have paid 750 rs to chintan mehta (Merchant transaction id :[protected] on 21st october with order id is[protected]. This guy is a fraud and goes by the account @pynvilla on instagram. He takes the money and doesn't deliver any product. Requesting you to block this merchant and refund my money. Please reach out to me at [protected]@gmail.com for further queries or resolution. Please give us address of this Chintan Mehta he is doing lacks of customers, He should be sent to Jail. These people Take money from Us and is living luxurious life as shown on Facebook profiles.

I too had ordered a football shoe from this Pynkvilla website order # PV7435 and paid 1999 and that was on Jan 14th 2019 and its been 2 months now and no delivery.. they dont even reply to the email and there is no option of cancelling the order of for any kind of refund option on their website. I had told my son that it looks like a fraud website but you know children, he liked the shoes and now i am regretting it...

I have faced same problem. They have not yet delivered the product. Ordered in November 2018. No mobile number. No office address. No any other sort of contacts. They are not replying on whatsapp and even email. I have purchased to gift my brother in law who is fan of ManU. Felt so shame for not giving him. I have spent more money for that day in other gift.

Ordered a Liverpool jersey on 9th October 2018.
It’s been more than 7 months and the order has not been delivered yet .
They charged me Rs.750 and the order number was PV4918.
I have been trying to contact their whatsapp number, email etc but have never received any response .
Request the forum to please take strict action .

I also ordered a bag from pynkvilla it cost about 999 and i didn't receive the product and its been like 5 months and my order id is PV7103 look into it .
Please share your order number and not the payment id so that we can look into the order details. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused to you.
I hope you look into this matter and get back to me ASAP.
