I ordered a football studs worth rs. 1999 on 10th january (My order number is pv7358) since then i have tried to contact them through call, whatsapp[protected], mail ([protected]@gmail.com) and facebook but no one from pynkvilla.com has answered. This guy chintan mehta doesn’t responds to my texts emails, this guy is a fraud, please do take some serious action. The website is still active despite previous complaints registered against them on this platform. I want to cancel this order and want a refund, kindly please look into this matter. I Have ordered Name frame worth 999 INR. it is already been a month and no response from them on order. i tried to reach out to them via whatsapp, instagram, facebook but i did not get any response.
