Pynkvilla — nike football shoes ordered on 20th feb 2019 not delivered

I ordered Nike Mercurial Superfly Boots worth INR 1999, on 20th Feb 2019, bearing Order No. PV 8206, but did not receive the product, they have not even replied to the mails! I kindly request you to arrest the owner of this website, Chintan Mehta and refund my money! I tried contacting them but no reply from their side. Please help me with either the refund or the product because this has really disappointed me! I think this company is a fraud.
