Have ordered nike shoes of worth Rs 2000 from realtysports.com a sub division of pynkvilla and paid the amount to this guy chintan mehta throu payu Payment id[protected] Merchant id[protected] Merchant transaction finder[protected] My order number RS8662 and it's been more than 15 days and i haven't received any update and moreover i have been blocked by the Instagram page and their official site isn't responding. I order a football shoes of rupees 2000, the delivery date of the shoes is within 35 days from the date of product ordered, but there is more than 45 days yet I didn't received any product. I also mail them but they not reply my mails or not picking up the phone

I paid Rs. 1499 for a Jersey from pynkvilla.com on 9th March, order no. PV8462. Its been a month and I haven't heard from the website since. Please look into the matter since I prepaid the money online, and would be great if I got a refund or the product itself.
