However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

product not delivered even after a month
Ordered a Jersey on October 22nd. Its still not shipped. I paid 750 rupees for it. There are no communications through any means. I tried contacting them through Whatsapp, email, Instagram but they doesn't seems to care. I can see them active in Instagram every day but never bothered to reply for all my messages. November 10 I got a reply saying that I will get the product the next week. But that didn't happen and no replies since....
