I have ordered a pair of football shoes on 20/02/2019 from the so called site pynkvilla, this is site i found in instagram.in this online shopping site they do not provide cash on delivery option so i paid with my debit card. Now its been 15 days and no response from them nor i received any delivery updates. I also emailed them twice but no response. I think this site is fake and must be traced and punished by ciber crime.

This is fraud website i had ordered prepaid bag from them on 26 th jan still waiting for the same... Already dropped several emails to their team but no response from pynk villa...
This is more than a month and just no reply...
This is fraud company... And i saw other reviews and complaint about this site. Everyone facing same issue with this company... So you have to take some strict action against them...

I ordered a bayern jersey from this company website they assure the customer to deliver product in 15 working days. Its being 3 months still the order is not delivered. I have all the possible ways to contact but they block my call and whatsapp. Not replying to my mails. Even they block me from their official insta page when asked for help. Please do the needful. I will never trust any such sellers.

I have ordered one backbag from pynkvilla on 20th february 2019. As per their rule, they should send a notification in a week after the purchase date and also there is no respond from them for my emails. So i want to file a case against this company and need refund asap. And also i would like to file a case against instagram for supporting and promoting this sites through their platform if possible. Please find the bill number below.

Ordered a nike stud worth rs.1999, on 16 jan 2019, but did not receive the product, not even replied to the mails or the messages! I kindly request you to block the page and refund my money! I tried contacting them but no reply from their side. Please help me with the refund or the product cause this has really disappointed me! Is this company fraud?

I placed an order for nike backpack.. Rs. 999... On 9th feb. 2019.
Till date... No update from the respective site... No delivery... No order updates.

Kindly stop this site from giving product discount details on every site.. As it is a fake one.

This company seems to be running a rampant fraud.

I placed an order on December 7, 2018, and have received no communication or product from the company in 3 months, despite their commitment of delivering within two weeks. Despite regular emails requesting for an update, and registering my complaint, I have heard nothing. This seems to be an absolute scam.

I placed an order for a carry bag of manchester city of 999 rs but no information has been provided regarding when the delivery will be made or if it has dispatched or not.
The order was made and confirmation has come regarding the payment done through payumoney. However no information on delivery has been provided. I even e-mailed them twice from [protected]@gmail.com but there was no reply.

It's been more than a month now since i've ordered for 2 manchester united retro jerseys on the 3rd of january order number pv7139 and after sending 2 emails and a dm on their instagram handle i didn't receive a single reply till date. After seeing a number of complaints my doubts of pynkvilla being a fraud company are increasing. Either i want the jerseys back or my money because i'm losing my patience now.

I had ordered nike football studs on 26jan and i tried to contact you (Pynkvilla) on all social networking websites. This wasn’t the first time i’m buying from you but sure the first time i am disappointed with the very poor quality service. Fyi my order number is pc7699 and i hope u atleast look in here. Payment has been already done and there isn’t any shipment message yet. It’s a humble request to look into it

I had ordered for a manchester united name plate from pynkvilla link from instagram on 20th january 2019 for inr 999 and haven't received any update of the same till date. The merchant order id is[protected]. I have written repeated emails to [protected]@gmail.com but have not got any response from them. Kindly deliver the product or refund the amount

I had ordered a chelsea home oneplus 3 phone cover from pynkvilla on 20th january 2019 for inr 399. Since then i have sent them multiple emails at [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com, but have got no reply. Requesting you to block this merchant and refund my money. I too like many others ordered online from pynkvilla only to realise that its a fraud company. I should have done my research. I tried to get in touch with pynkvilla via mail and wattsapp but i guess the number is fake. No response of any sort from the other end.
I will be obliged if some action is taken against such online fraud companies and can help save others falling into such traps.

I ordered a jersey with my name and number on it on 4th january 2019 and i haven't received any update or the product till date.
I have sent 3 emails as well inquiring about the status of my product, but to no use.
There is no number for communication and the emails that i have sent, seem to be in vain as there is no response for any of them. This is the worst ever online shopping experience that i have come across. I work in social media and will make this a point to get it all out and get the true colours out in open about the fraudulent company that you're trying to run.
Either provide me with a refund or make immediate delivery of the product.

I ordered a football studs worth rs. 1999 on 10th january (My order number is pv7358) since then i have tried to contact them through call, whatsapp[protected], mail ([protected]@gmail.com) and facebook but no one from pynkvilla.com has answered.
This guy chintan mehta doesn’t responds to my texts emails, this guy is a fraud, please do take some serious action. The website is still active despite previous complaints registered against them on this platform.
I want to cancel this order and want a refund, kindly please look into this matter.

I had ordered a jersey from pynkvilla on december 19, 2018. I paid rs 1360 for it. I was promised it would be delivered within 8-12 working days.

It is now 45 days since i placed the order. I have not received my product.

I have not received any feedback or response from them either. I have tried multiple times to contact them via email and instagram and received absolutely no response.

This is blatant cheating. I want my money refunded.

I browsed pynkvilla and ordered an item and paid ₹749.50. They mentioned in the mail that they will deliver by 8-12 days. I am thinking of filling a police complaint. The company is online and it is surprising that they have so many fraud instances and the website is not shutdown. Maybe they require to be taught a lesson. I will consult someone from the cyber security team to do something. Mr chintan, wait and watch! Your picnic is over!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from @pynkvilla or chintan mehta and the total sum was 4000 rupees, i ordered on the 8th of jan and still havent recieved my order it says that my o\order will take atleast 18-25 days, thats ok but they havent even sent a message if my order has been dispatched or not, im expecting my order to come within 5 days now since 18 days have finished

I ordered a name plate from this site on 7th January 2019. Paid Rs. 999 in advance to chintan mehta..
Now it has been more than 20 days and no response from the website and no delivery whatsoever. I want a response from this company regarding my order..

There is no way that this kind of misconduct is acceptable. And if it is a fraud company then stict action should be taken against them..

We customers have our hard earned money and we like to get the things we want on time.

I had ordered a Liverpool jersey on 2nd January 2019. I had paid online a sum of ₹999. They have provided no updates since. The order was to be delivered within 8-12 business days. I’ve emailed them 5 times and sent more than 20 messages on their Whatsapp customer service number. It’s Fraudulent company which takes money in advance on pretext of product delivery. I request assistance and help me report this company so that no future consumers and scammed.

Pynkvill company is fraudulent and ate my money when I ordered a football jersey through them. They don't respond to WhatsApp texts or email and are totally unresponsive. Please take this website down and file a case against Chintan Mehta. My order ID is PV5892 and transaction amount is 750 INR. My order was placed on 8th of November 2018 and it's been more than 2 months still no contact with these guys. My money was transferred to Chintan Mehta. I would request to take legal actions against him.

I had ordered a manchester united jersey of order number pv4733 on october 3, the respective owner promised me every week that it will come the next week.
They are not replying to any of my messages.
At least give me a refund or have a courtesy to even reply to our mails and messages.
First the owner says that it's in the customs and will come the next week, this happened in november.
It has been 4 months since my order and still haven't got it yet.
Initially i ordered 4 mobile covers and they were on time and i am still using it, but they duped me while giving the jersey and haven't yet received it.

Had placed an order in month of october for a manchester united jersey hoping for a delivery. But they never delivered it.in instagram account they posted stories that all orders were dispatched. It never came at least to me. I sent them mails like 3-4 times, messaged on instagram and whatsapp but they never replied. I tried to call but the call is never completed. I request to resolve my issue and get my money back.

On jan 2 2019 i saw an bag on the site pynk villa and i have orederd it it's cost me a rs 999 and i have orederd it successfully and payment is also successful, and they told it would take 8 - 12 business days now it's still haven't delivered, i tried to call it is out of service, and emailed also they are not responding, i don't know what to do help me

After ordering a phone back cover from pynkvilla, one day i googled for pynkvilla reviews suddenly. I read all they have done with others customers. I didn't expect such a huge hoax. But i have ordered it already. I texted them in instagram. They told me that item will be delivered within 8-12 business days. Now they have blocked me. They behaved overconfident. They post fake pictures with their own team members tagging "happy customer with our products". I have ordered for inr399. But some people go for bigger amount of money. But as a single customer i cannot take any legal proceedings. I am requesting you to block this pynkvilla site, so that others can't be deceived.

I ordered a manchester united backpack on 28 december from the site pynkvilla which i found on instagram, the bag costed rs 999 and only allowed online payment, i placed my order through my debit card, but the product hasn't been delivered, i tried to call them numerous times to reach out to them but the number this site provided wasn't working as it was out of reach, i request to either get my backpack which i placed my order for or get my money back as soon as possible as this site seems like a fraud who takes up money but doesn't deliver any of that stuff. Please work on my matter as soon as you can

I have paid 750 rs to chintan mehta (Merchant transaction id :[protected] on 21st october with order id is[protected].
This guy is a fraud and goes by the account @pynvilla on instagram. He takes the money and doesn't deliver any product. Requesting you to block this merchant and refund my money.

I placed my order on 25th november for 1500/- paid by card. They said i will receive the order within 12 days but i have not received even a single update. I tried to talk to them on social media but they blocked me for no reason. They haven’t replied to me on text or mail either. The order i placed was 2 jerseys (Manchester united home and away).
