Qatar Airways — Failure to refund a duplicate charge

Booking ref: JHNIWZ. Ticket number 157 [protected]. I have been charged twice for a fare. I have contacted you and was told on the the the 18 March by Kaja Ref 112186 that the matter would be rectified. One month later I have tried to complain to you and no reply ref Customer Care CAS[protected]V7J8M3 CRM:[protected].
