[Resolved] Qatar Airways — Rude behaviour of Ms Manpreet Kaur
Last friday on 5th of December2014 Flight number QR551, I faced problem at Airport Shri Ram Das, Amritsar. I had been travelled to India several time & it was first time that i was facing problem with check in staff. Mr. Gurwinder told me to wait, i waited for 15 minutes & after i asked how long i have to wait & why! He was just avoiding me first & after i insisted for a response he told e that you have to wait until my senior Robert is not arriving... I asked him to talk to his Senior Robert but Mr. Gurvinder refused to get me in contact with his Senior. The staff isn't trained & educated as well, they are not able to check the documents & nobody of them was able to read Italian. I have in possess o[censored]nlimited Permit stay Carta di soggiorno. Ms. Manpreet Kaur which one was serving with check-in but didn't give the boarding pass, i asked for the reason & she even told me that i have to wait without giving me a reason...this thing was making me nervous & stress, I was thinking what the hell is going on!! I'm not a terrorist & i have all regular documents. I asked again to Mr. Gurwinder why i have to wait & how long! He replied me may be half hour... Meanwhile Ms. Manpreet Kaur was being agressive & her voice tone was not polite, she was inviting to be polite & telling that my docs are not in well condition etc etc but she wasn't able to read Italian, none of the staff even Gurwinder Sir... Finally Mr. Robert came & checked the Unlimited permit stay & he told to his staff that it is regular. I kindly ask to the person who select the employee to form them as well to be formal, educated & polite to the customers/passangers. I ask them to take a proper action for the rude behaviour of Ms. Manpreet Kaur. Thank you in advance & best regards.
