• Upgraded to Business to experience the Q-Suite. A few days before departure, we received an email that the aircraft had changed. Our travel agent called Qatar and Qatar confirmed that Q-Suite will be onboard the new aircraft (the travel agent has voice recordings of this as well). When boarding the flight, there was no Q-Suite onboard.
• Crew members were more than 45 minutes late resulting in late boarding and departure.

• Flight QR673 - Qatar Airways (Q.C.S.C)

• Upgraded our seats to Comfort+ seats (at extra cost) only to find that the entertainment systems for all 4 seats were broken. The arm mechanisms were broken and had to be held up manually by hand. I have videos and photographs where my family had to hold up the entertainment systems for the duration of the 04h30 hours of flight. Crew members were aware of this.

• We tried to complain about the broken entertainment systems at the Qatar Counter (At Gate C2) when transferring, after standing in a queue for more than 50+min. We were then told that we have to send an email when we get home. We tried to upgrade our seats or take another flight as we found out that the upgraded extra legroom seats would be too small for my frame but was brushed off that all flights and concurring flights to Johannesburg were full. Qatar staff said “we are fortunate to even have that seats”. Nevertheless, the seat was too small for me and one of your air hostesses did notice this onboard. I sat in the small seat for 9hours being uncomfortable throughout. We found flight crew on this flight to be rude.
