Qatar Airways — Refund

I was travelling from India Hyderabad to Poland Krakow on 26th feb 2016 with 3 connected flights. How ever my flight got cancelled from Berlin to Krakow for a day . You provided me hotels for night but i had to pay for cab. Which is supposed to be reimbursed which was promised by one of the staff's in Berlin. Please check below attachments for details.
