Outbound flight reference YX254V from Manchester to Amritsar on 16th March, passenger Jasvinder Kaur Sahota Mrs had previously booked Gluten free meal, but she was offered Non-Veg gluten free meal to a Sikh Amritdhari lady. Why would the air-hostess assumed she had booked non-veg when she was adamant that she had only booked gluten free meal.
On flight back to Manchester on 4th April in which the morning at 9.40, she was told that she had not booked gluten free meal at all. It was the Qatar Airline office had done the booking, only the return date was changed. It was the same passenger who had pre-booked meal with a requisition to have gluten free meal for outbound as well as inbound flights.Her ticket number was QR/ETKT 157 [protected] on 4th April 2016.

Why the requested meal was not provided?
Why the scheduled return flight was changed to a different time when she had 4 hours waiting time at Doha?
