and this mail is regarding my issue with QNET "I opted for my refund in the first month itself and now it's been 4 months since I requested my refund from you and till now it hasn't been resolved and not even a responsible response has been provided to me and THE ISSUE IS when I asked for my refund, I was supposed to return the products back to QNET and the product was returned to the concerned logistics through which it was allegedly supposed to delivered to me and I rejected the order and it was updated to return back to you and it's your negiligency that the product wasn't returned to you back due to lack of E-WAY bill which turns out that you were responsible for not providing it to the logistics and all this came out of dark when I interrogated it personally after 3 months of waiting but what if I was too negligent like you to notice and what would have happened to my money if i was negligent, this is utterly your fault for your unsupportive behavior and even when I provided you all the details of my issue, now you're saying 30-45 for resolution, i didn't opt QNET for this mess, so I'm still kindly asking you to refund the money even though I'm pissed at you guys, I'm still asking very kindly and patiently that refund me my money".
