I was induced to join QNET by my friend/upline, who falsely represented it as an e-commerce business and investment opportunity. The true nature of the business as a network marketing (MLM) scheme was deliberately concealed from me. I invested approximately ₹5, 00, 000 based on these false representations.
I repeatedly questioned the business model before making the payment, but I was assured that it was a genuine e-commerce business and that I would recover my investment quickly. The actual business model was disclosed only after the refund period had expired.
I believe I was misled into making this investment through false promises and material misrepresentation.
I request that this complaint be recorded and appropriate action be taken against QNET and the persons who misrepresented the business. I also request a refund of my investment and an investigation into these deceptive practices.
I have supporting evidence, including payment proof, chats, emails, and other documents, which I can provide upon request.
