This complaint raised by above victims. we are strongly affected by our friend and upline misguided and miscommunicated about product and business structure. our package is bought without our knowledge and before purchase they are not told and explained. They have not told any where like MLM or company name and they are not ready to explain about business further. They are only telling Amazon and flipkart hybrid business. Now they are not helping on getting refund.

    This is MANIKANDAN VEEMARAJA, one of my friend invite me to join in to this business but they have said wrong terms and conditions. When i joined in to this business then only i knew the real business model. Im not interested in this kind of busses. So i want to quit from IR dealership.

        I recently Started the business with the referral of (Arun Kumar, IN968225). While the referred didn't explain me fully about the business and just now came to know the real business model. I am not interested in this kind of business.

        Without my knowledge they have purchased (QVI TRIPSAVR ADVANCE) Some products from your site and trust me they have not told me anything about those products they told me that you will give so and so amount and you will become our business partner.
        So please Return my money because I have taken personal loan for that.
        I don't want the products which they have purchased wants to cancel the order of the same. Please full amount Refund to my bank account only.

        I have purchased the QVI TRIPSAVR ADVANCE Product through my friend Arunkumar Axis Bank International debit card, because I have not international debit card. So I transfer the money to my friend Arunkumar Bank account (Axis Bank), then purchased the product.

          QNet is Misguiding & providing false promises making people to buy products, informing it's E-commerce business etc ..

          Due to this i purchased 2 Watches worth of 1.8 lakhs which is not required for me..
          Please help to cancel the product since ordered 2 days back & order status is OPEN yet & refund the amount back.

            I didn't ordered any product from Qnet, without discussing directly with me They have collected amount through fraud upline and sent us invoice there is no use of the product, we didn't use it but they sent invoice for the amount 2, 84, 375, I have attached the screenshot of invoice, i have waiting for the refund action for long time please refund at least the invoice amount.We Will Return the product we didn't open it.Our lives are in big trouble.Please Consumer Complaint is our last hope.

              I have been made to invest in Qnet investment on 28.10.2022 and my ID is IM070491 with the referral of ROHITH R referral ID IN751182 giving improper/ incorrect/ knowledge of this company and its investment. I have been mis-leaded by your executive.
              Without my knowledge they have purchased some products from your site and trust me they have not told anything about those products they told me that you will give so and so amount and you will become our business partner. I have given INR 3, 00, 000 to them through online money transfer. Just now I came to know the real business model .
              I not interested in this business. I don’t want the product which they purchased and wants to cancel the order of the same . so please return my money .                 I was recently joined this business with referral to my friend Upline(IN959828). he haven't enclosed any information regarding the company and work. She and her uplines brain washed me and made me to pay RS.3, 25, 000. During welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely and by that time I came to know I was trapped. So I have requested for refund in Qnet support today (06.11.2022) and ordered/ registered date is (03.11.2022). Also products that was not directly ordered by me and it was done by one of her team upline (top Upine). It costs totally RS.actual price. Now I'm asking my friend to return back my money. But he is saying except training amount remaining amount Will be returned. I haven't attended any training and I need the complete RS.3, 25, 000Amount invested back. Kindly help on getting my money

                      I have joined on 29 Nov 2019
                      through my Office colleague. He said it is highly earning platform and said its like investment. After that they suggest me to take tourist package, not products.

                      i pay amount 2, 48, 800.

                      After few month only i realized it was fake, my refund policy was over after one month of joining, they make me busy for one month with chart preparation, introduction and training classes. After that no one help me to come out from this. I took bank loan for joining, i struggled to pay my EMI for last few years with my less salary. Only good thing was i didnt suggest anyone.

                      I didnt earn anything, but i lost my total amount.

                      Every one, who force me to join in QNET, now was abscond.

                      I have attached related document, please kindly help me to return my amount.

                              I am IN627805 (member id: QV477834).
                              Last year November i took myQvi Gold membership for 4 lakhs after which a screenshot of the member id (mentioned above) was sent by the agent itself. I have not received any email for the registration or for the membership details. They are asking me to pay usage fee (per annum) additional for Rs 15000. I have been trying to contact them for the cancellation of the my membership and they are not responding through any of the sources. I have not used any benefits of this membership since i bought. They claimed that they will update me my id password so that i can use all the benefits for future bookings. They have also not mentioned any of the Welcome Kit Products and Club rules as mentioned in the screenshot sent by the agent.
                              Kindly resolve my issue at earliest as possible.
                              Further i want to lodge cyber and consumer complaint if the action is not taken for the refund of the money.

                                    Dear Team,

                                    I had been drawn into the Business of QNet by a very close acquaintance and investment in the name of product purchase was done on 26 September 2022 where I have been made to email an acknowledgement stating the refund policy is for 7 days. My referrer's referrer booked the service based products Silver Club Membership and Tripsavr Advance on my behalf and provided a shipping address and residential address completely different to my registration address.

                                    I did not like the Business Model in which the organization is operating and hence raised request for refund through email to global.[protected]@qnet.net and support.[protected]@qnetindia.in
                                    on 01 October 2022, within the grace period of 7 days.

                                    The case reference numbers for the refund requests raised are CXN[protected] and CVN[protected].

                                    There has been no response yet for the refund requests raised. Please help in initiating and processing the refund at the earliest.
