QNET is a fraud, all the people who connect with QNET are cheaters, they make money from us and brainwash they don't have anything to do

Please all who are victims please come as a unit and make a police complaint against those ### they are not good people

They play with people and their problems and they target us for doing such cheap things

I don't know about QNET anything one of my senior person wash my brain and make me realize that it's good and they made me fool and loot around 2.5 lac rs and now I don't want to continue then they said you signed a contract with us. I don't know what should I do I don't have any choice to make every thing clear

I have taken membership of QNET and bought Silver Club Membership by wrong guidance of my friend. They haven't give proper information about the business at the time of registration. i get to know about the process later 7 days of session which they planned it accordingly as per the refund policy and made us to felt into the trap. Please be informed that I started a business with Qnet and I bought a product from qnet which is worth Rs. 84, 990 on last year Oct 2022. Due to some personal reasons I couldn't continue the business and I raised a refund request within 30 days since I started and I returned the product which I bought. I raised a refund request on 3/11/2022. As per their standards they should have refund my amount within 30 working days but it is still not resolved and I didn't get my money. I have been chasing them for 2 months but there is no progress of refund. I kindly request you to help me to get my refund amount. It is very urgency and Iam totally disappointed with their service. Once you join your family members and friends circle need minimum strong belive 20 members..

My friend pradeep kumar who is already a distributor called me on December 6 2022 told me that he is doing a business on the platform of global venture after a week he called me again and asked me if I'm interested in business and asked im free telling me there is a opening in his business and asked me to attend interview which will be taken by his senior partner i told him I'll try and he told he will tell me the location on Tuesday by 3o clock (13. 12. 2022) i went to phoenix Mall that's where he asked me to come in a coffee shop we were waiting for senior partner after an hour he came we sat down and he didn't talk about a business meanwhile asking what's my dream, what am doing currently and they weren't wearing any I'd cards of the company they asked me whether I could give time for business and will able to manage business and they told what's are all the need for the business after that they told me u so have a good reason to do business we will call u i[censored] r selected because we cannot select a random a person to do this business there are some criteria for doing business.after that i came home and a gave a thought about and the very next day morning there was a call from my pradeep say that God is great u got the opportunity u are selected for the business u need to arrange 2.8 lakhs as soon as possible orelse the position will be closed and i told him that i ask my parents about this and tell u. Asking my parents they told this is not ok for us think about it and join i told this to my friend he started telling me like i joined this by putting up loan not even a single payment is paid by me using my parents money till now I'm earning and paying like he said i forced my parents but they dont allowed me to this i told my friend about this he told me arrange the money then we will pay them in just 6 months they are parents they always have fear about everything you don't mind them we will get successful in future i accepted and keep trying to arrange money and i even asked him what is the company name and where is it located he told me that he won't say you will find it soon. My parents asked him for the proof that he is working for the company and i asked but he never revealed anything . For a week he keep on calling me that this position will be closing soon you won't get this chance in life after a week i forced my parents to give the gold they have after selling them in pawn shop they gave the money and they were not talking to me untill then.within that time I asked him to explain about the business he told me once you arrange the money we will be having a meeting i asked him why are you making me to arrange the money first he told me a reason that the senior partner were so busy without any commitment they won't waste time on you.
Then i arranged the money had a meeting on 23.12.2022 in a hotel named Westin which is in velacherry, chennai every meeting they kept was in velacherry till now they didn't told me about what the business is and what was the company name.We waited for the senior partner but this time another senior partner came and she told me that this is a big opportunity for you and your life will be settled we are here for you and we will help you with everything. At the time i told them my parents are not talking to me they answered that parents are like that only if you give them more money they will understand. Then the person whom I met during the first meeting came.He told me the company name QNET at that time i wasn't sure what was that company and he told me where it is located and so on and he told me about the plan even in that meeting they didn't told me how the business work or what am I going to do i asked them what it is they told me you will eventually learn everything we are here for you.
After that they gave me an agreement to sign they explained that this is not a Ponzi scheme and they didn't told me there is no refund meanwhile I'm reading i have seen there is a refund policy and i signed immediately they started purchasing they asked for my mobile number I gave them the OTP after that they told me you will be a distributor in Brunei country as i have paid only 2.8 lakhs they told only you could buy a travel package in this country . The senior partner asked my friend to create a mail . I asked them why are you using different mail but they told it is an office mail so i accepted after the product purchase i asked for the bill receipt but they told me we will give you in 3 days .
I came home right after that the very next day they asked me attend a welcome meet at Kodambakkam a party hall named Maadi spaces and after completing the welcome i had a idea this is not gonna work for me and i thought of asking for a refund at the night after coming home i was not able to sleep felt like I have wasted the money my parents gave. On Sunday Christmas they called me attend system i didn't answered their phone as i was not interested and in the afternoon I called my friend and asked for refund he told me what happened to you this is not a market it's business we can't make the refund like that tell me a strong reason to make refund I'll ask my senior partner about the refund. He told You come directly we will discuss this straight with the senior partner someone must have brainwashed you this is a legal business i can assure you we will get successful just relax we can clear your confusions he told this way.At the night of Christmas i called him again and asked for refund but he told that there is no refund that is what my senior partner told I'm sorry da you have to do this business there is no other way like he told i started crying and begging him to give back my money.On that night I chatted with him asking for mail and refund he told me it's not possible we will share only after KYC is done .He asked me to come directly we will discuss this i went to him the next day Monday 26.12.2022 we went to the park he told me that QNET is legal da but there are many organisations using it wrong but we are genuine in this we are infinity. I told him i don't want to do this business da please ask them for refund. But he refused so I thought I'll accept and later get the mail they used for registration and apply for refund by myself. so i told him that I'm fine with this business and started to act like I'm ok after a while the senior partner made a zoom meeting explaining this business is legal and so on but they never told me what I'm going to do they asked me complete a video called secret after that you have to read books after that only we will tell you about business. On the last day of refund time period i called support team india and explained the situation they told me to change the mail by sending request mail i did that the next day night the mail has been changed and i sent a mail to global support and waited for their reply but there is no response so next day i called and told them about the situation but they told me they can't refund as the time period is completed i asked for the mail password to the senior partner and downloaded the order bill receipt and while downloading i get to know that the bill has been sent immediately and they used a fake address for purchase after the purchase but they hide it from me.
This is what I faced they never gave me the mail used for registration which is necessary for refund process and they kept lieing that there is no refund in our team.what else can I do every way is blocked for me to get refund but the company easily said we can't process refund.please make refund for me .

Till now I don't what iam going to do in this business
As per consumer protection act 1986 of India it is legal to provide refund if one is satisfied with the product or cannot utilize the product
Please consider my situation.It has been 14 days since the purchase but the senior partner or my team forced me to stay in the business they tried every possible way to stop the refund they even gave the mail after the refund last date is over please help me with the situation.

This Complaint raised by above victims. We are strongly affected by our upline misguided and miscommunicated about product and business structure. Our package is bought without our knowledge and before purchase they are not told and explained. They have not told any where like MLM or company name and they are not ready to explain about business further. they are only telling Amazon and flipkart hybrid business.
