I was recently joined this business with referral to my friend upline. he haven't enclosed any information regarding the company and work. she and her upline brain washed me and made me to pay Rs 300000 during welcome session they have enclosed few information but not completely and by that time I came to know I was trapped. so I have requested for refund in qnet support today 14/10/2022 and registered date 06/09/2022. Also products that was not directly ordered by me and it was done by one of her them upline. It costs totally Rs 300000. Now i am asking my friend to return back my money. I need the complete Rs 300000. Kindly help on getting my money back.

I join this company last year as i don't want to join this company because I know this MLM COMPANY whn income to know this is Direct selling job is there i told that people who is tell me this plan i don't want to do but forced thay told me that please sign this copy after 1 month i[censored] don't want to continue u can leave we will do the refund but after one month I ask for refund they told me ur refund period is over .that time I don't have options to continue.as they said me u will get licence to do this business world wide i[censored] pay 1 lac 60k I paid also but they purchased some products from this amount.now no one telling me what to do no any response from anyone company also i tell no one is responding please help me out i need refund this amount i paid by loan

Basically, I belong to the most economically backward poor fisherman's family and I was seriously looking for a job after my education during 2021 . Randomly, I was asked by my friends to offer any job or job related information. Meanwhile, my college friend told me that she was doing Interactive Management Business and after a couple of months she called me for an Interview for 1, 60, 000 Rs on DEC 7, 2021 in Chennai. The interview started after depositing the money in her account. After the interview, I was aware that the business was QNET @ Vihaan Direct Selling (India) Pvt Ltd. I refused that, despite being convinced by her, and she promised me that if you don’t like the business during the process you can leave whenever you wish and she will refund the amount quickly. So, I was convinced by her and I did that business in the evening. Yet, during the QNET MLM process, she forced me to tell so many lies to my friend’s circle, but my mind was ready to tell. Also, the product had not been purchased for three months. I request her to refund the amount in March, 2022. She said that she would give it me as soon as possible, but till now they haven’t refunded my money. I have given them money of Rs.160, 000 by borrowing with interest from a local financier and my family paid 5000 Rs as interest every month ( in total, I paid 50, 000 Rs only as interest till). I and my family are suffering a lot of this. We live in a rental house. My father hardly earns money from catching fish in the ocean.. Help me to recover the amount from the fraud

I had been drawn into the Business of QNet by a very close acquaintance and investment in the name of product purchase was done on 26 September 2022 where I have been made to email an acknowledgement stating the refund policy is for 7 days. My referrer's referrer booked the service based products Silver Club Membership and Tripsavr Advance on my behalf and provided a shipping address and residential address completely different to my registration address.

I did not like the Business Model in which the organization is operating and hence raised request for refund through email to global.[protected]@qnet.net and support.[protected]@qnetindia.in
on 01 October 2022, within the grace period of 7 days.

The case reference numbers for the refund requests raised are CXN[protected] and CVN[protected].

There has been no response yet for the refund requests raised. Please help in initiating and processing the refund at the earliest.

He purchased Unwanted and useless items for me without my permission and my knowledge. He and his upline utilize my blind faith for collecting money RS:300, 000. The main problem is upline is really cheat me. I have requested for refund to qnet upline and courier same packet on ashish kumar home address but he refuse to collect the packet and return my packet but now its been 4 months i am chasing for refund of my amount also they stop to pick my phone.

also it was communicate to me this 115750 is not investment, product which i will receive which they will give me address where i can sale this product on same rate but each and every commitment was false please support to refund my amount.

I was taught a terrible lesson from this scammers but all thanks to globalrecoveryfunds .0rg for helping me recover all my stolen investment.

My account was blocked and i lost my investment, they stole 5lark but thanks to EXPERTRECOVER YTRA DE . OR G, for helping me get back my lost investment within 3 days

My purchasing was done by someone else whom I don't know. I did not get details of it. When my IR asked details they refused to give me. They delayed providing the information so that I won't be able to return and ask for refund. After one year they sent me half screenshot as I was not able to check by myself. Qnet is legal and vihan also as they have documents. The process in India is scam. I took gold loan for the business but I did not know what will they purchase. Please resolve my issue as I was no longer interested in doing business but due to their process which involves hiding truth about MLM and chain marketing.

I have bought a product worth ₹30, 900 in Vihaan direct selling (Qnet) and that amount is the commission amount that I have converted to coupons, due to financial problems as my father got hospitalised, I have raised a request for a refund and sent the product back to them.
Note:- I have sent the product within 30 days from the date of invoice.
First, they have accepted my refund request and they told me your amount will be refunded within 30 days, now they are telling me you won't get the refund as it is a commission amount.
I don’t know why they are not giving my commission amount back as it's my amount and I have sent the product back too.
Note:- They didn’t mention anywhere that you won't get the commission amount back as a refund.

As I’m financially struggling kindly please help me in getting my refund amount as I have already sent the product to them.

Don't make any person pay for your scam business.First tell the person about your business process & modules. If he/she will be intrested then they will go for it.
But once they reject don't force and irritate them for not doing your business. Learn to accept your rejection and develop your new module or process for your business.
Give complete information about the company guidelines refund policy cancellation charges and all rights of the new distributor. Don't make them pay for any nonsense products which are not the worth paying that much high amount.
