My friend asked me to join in QNET business. But they didn't tell about refund process. After 30 days only they telling about business deeply. After 30 days I asked for refund they said refund time is over. We can't refund your money.

I was asked to invest Rs.4, 00, 000/- for registering myself on QNET as a Franchisee by my friend. I was assigned two IR's One IR ID's was issued to me only after completion 30 days after my registration. I was not made aware of company terms and condition and policies and the nature of business work. Once after my registration it was slowly known to me that this business is just to make people fall in trap financially by making giving them false promises and hope.
Without my knowledge they purchased product which i dont like. After 30 days only they delivered the product which i dint used for once..
Take back ur product give me a refund.

In the month of January 2020, I have been purchased VCON event ticket from Mr.Nitendra Galande(Member of qnet and my upline).
I paid $ 500 to him, which is about[protected] INR. Due to worldwide covid-19 pandemic, event was canceled and the Qnet company refunded all the money in July 2020 but my upline mr.nitendra is not ready to pay me back refund amount.
Each time he gave false reasons that the company did not return, his bank account not working, the credit card was not working, netbanking was not working.
Also they are not ready to show me their bank statement. I have all the chats and call recordings with him and his other Qnet team members.

DN[protected] an amounting Rs.55650 with shipping and handling fees on the same date.

after two day i have cancelled the same product on 10.01.2021 and refund request may also be claimed.

Today on 03.02.2021, further after 23 day. my refund have not credited in my account and not informed me.

I want cancel my IR and cancel my order . i have submitted the refund request before 7 days on support.[protected]@india.in for refund but they gave me reply after 3 days that you should contact global support team. then i write a mail to them for refund and cancellation but they cancel my refund by saying that as per refund policy you applied for refund after 7 days. please help me get my refund as i already applied for refund before 7 days of purchase on support.[protected]@india.in.

I got cheated by the qnet agent Mukesh Gupta his IRs Id is IN647600. He said that I am a business partner and I am earning a lot of money if want to be a part of the team. You can also become a business man. He looted 50000K from me in first attempt. But after done this stage I got the company name and I searched about it and found it very unlikely and useless productive company. I said to him that I would like to cancel my IRs id IN697771 and refund my money back. He told me that this is a registration fees. This is non refundable. But here is clear written in email that registration is free of charge.
Please help me to get back money.

I paid Rs.2, 70, 000 to Qnet for some products. But i didn't received any product or any notification from Qnet. If Government has access to my email please cross chech ([protected]@gmail.com). Without receiving any benefit fronm the organisation why do I want to pay my hard earned money?? I need my Money back. Please help me in this.

Iam Bharathi (IN387513), iI was signed in[protected], by a RAGESHWARAN(in79541) by a false information about the company, and purchased products from the site without my knowledge and does not given any information about the terms and coditions, specifically he told that you will be millionaire in 1yr and you will buy audi car within month after joining ths business and trapped me adn looted my money 300000, said that you will receive watch as a complimentary after joining this business, Even he did not told about the refund of the company policy,
if i ask anything about the policy means he skipped to telling that and gave me an irrevalant stories and ruined my money 300000

IRiD 695823 Refund Process has not been Happening since almost 5 months worst response from company people and customer care people

One of my friend recently called me and invited me to do business but didn't say the name of the company or product for which we would be doing the business. He mentioned that I need to pay an amount of Rs 3, 72, 500 for initial registration & processing and I transferred it to his account. Post that he asked me for an OTP and I wasn’t aware if it was to confirm any registration or a product purchase while sharing the same to him. Later the same day I received a mail saying I had placed the below order from my account but I did not place any order to my knowledge and I haven't even received any credentials to check on any order history from my account. I haven't received the order yet and i am writing this mail for the cancellation of my orders and i am requesting for a full refund, i am also requesting for IR Cancellation. I had taken 2 personal loans to pay for the upfront money and realized that there was an order placed in my name without even my consent. I checked with the customer care and they requested to raise a concern, and hence am writing this mail. Also please raise a refund to my account below and not to the account from which the order was placed as it was not placed from my bank account. Looking forward to hear a positive response from your side and help me get a refund for the orders i haven't placed.

Since then i have been following up with QNET Support Team, but in vain. The only answer get is “We have forwarded your request to the concerned department and your refund will be processed soon”
It has been 50 days since i requested for the refund and I don’t even get to know the exact status of my refund.

I have been made to invest in Qnet investment by giving improper and incomplete knowledge of this company and its investment. I have been mis-leaded by Qnet executives.
Without my knowledge they have purchased some product from your site and trust me they have not told anything about those products.
During our meeting they had told nothing about qnet products.they told me that you will give so and so amount and you will become our business partner. our company will give some complementary product to you so i have given INR 1, 92, 750 to them through net banking.
So please forward this mail to return my money because i have taken personal loan for that and my family condition is really bad now and I'm unable to repay the loan amount taken from the bank. so i request you to refund the amount, it will be useful to take care of my family needs and to repay the loan amount.
I don't want the products which they have purchased Tripsavr and wants to cancel the order of the same. I am letting you know this now because i was not aware of this site. Requesting you to help me on this.
