    Hi Sir/Madam,
    One of my friend recently called me and invited me to do business but didn't say the name of the company or product for which we would be doing the business. He mentioned that I need to pay an amount of Rs 3, 72, 500 for initial registration & processing and I transferred it to his account. Post that he asked me for an OTP and I wasn’t aware if it was to confirm any registration or a product purchase while sharing the same to him. Later the same day I received a mail saying I had placed the below order from my account but I did not place any order to my knowledge and I haven't even received any credentials to check on any order history from my account. I haven't received the order yet and i am writing this mail for the cancellation of my orders and i am requesting for a full refund, i am also requesting for IR Cancellation. I had taken 2 personal loans to pay for the upfront money and realized that there was an order placed in my name without even my consent. I checked with the customer care and they requested to raise a concern, and hence am writing this mail. Also please raise a refund to my account below and not to the account from which the order was placed as it was not placed from my bank account. Looking forward to hear a positive response from your side and help me get a refund for the orders i haven't placed.

      I have raised a refund request on[protected].
      Since then i have been following up with QNET Support Team, but in vain. The only answer get is “We have forwarded your request to the concerned department and your refund will be processed soon”
      It has been 50 days since i requested for the refund and I don’t even get to know the exact status of my refund.

        I want the said money back

          Dear Sir/Madam

          I have been made to invest in Qnet investment by giving improper and incomplete knowledge of this company and its investment. I have been mis-leaded by Qnet executives.
          Without my knowledge they have purchased some product from your site and trust me they have not told anything about those products.
          During our meeting they had told nothing about qnet products.they told me that you will give so and so amount and you will become our business partner. our company will give some complementary product to you so i have given INR 1, 92, 750 to them through net banking.
          So please forward this mail to return my money because i have taken personal loan for that and my family condition is really bad now and I'm unable to repay the loan amount taken from the bank. so i request you to refund the amount, it will be useful to take care of my family needs and to repay the loan amount.
          I don't want the products which they have purchased Tripsavr and wants to cancel the order of the same. I am letting you know this now because i was not aware of this site. Requesting you to help me on this.

            Dear All,

            Myself Suresh Kumar G (QNET ID# 124361) victimized by (Miss. Jayanthi Gopal ID# IN536823) to loot my amount Rs- 2, 00, 000 to involve & miss-guided me in QNET.

            Before transferring amount to their account, they promised me that it is not a network marketting and you do not need to sale anything. It is a fast growing e commerce business and they are doing it successfully with some of their friends as well. They did not mention the company name while asking. They mis guided me about the business.

            For registration, they have not used my email id and they created a new ID and used it for registration. Mobile number also, they have used different one.

            While asking them for refund, they told me to wait, they are speaking with the head office support team. But, even in this, they cheated me.

            I have just signed KYC form. If they have given any other documents, it is not with my knowledge.

            Now I understood that she was cheated me to involve in this business and forced me to cheat someone to get my money re-turn back. So I got depressed very much because of her approach & attitude. And I declared through this complaint that, there is no relation between me and QNET. And whatever transaction / purchase had been done from my QNET ID is without my knowledge. And my amount has been invested through her on QNET is without my knowledge and unaware of QNET investment plan.
            Now I am not aware of what kind of transaction / purchase has been done in QNET on my name. I also doubted that without my knowledge they have purchased some products from QNET which has been registered in my name. I had taken bank-loan for deposited my amount Rs-200000/-, So I don't want any products from QNET if any-think have been purchased through my ID, I want to cancel the order and need to refund my amount.
            Even after signing up, while clarifying for doubts, they told me that it is not MLM.

              My self (Satheesh Selvaraj) victimized by (Mr. Karthi veerasamy: QNET ID: IN744198) to loot my amount Rs-1, 40, 000 to involve & miss-guided me in QNET. (ICICI Bank Net transaction ID: BIL/INFT/[protected] &[protected]. The evidence has mentioned below.
              1. Before my amount transaction to his account, he promised me that, my amount has going to invest in his own e-commerce based business which was newly started with his friend (not mentioned QNET name). Also promised that none of other has not involved in this business other than that he & his two friends (Name: Mr. Venkadesh & Mr. Gawri Shankar).
              2. For QNET registration, he is not used my existing mail id. He created the new e-mail id with my name and used it to register my name on QNET and he is not provide any (User ID & password) to access the QNET portal. So that I am not aware of QNET company’s terms & conditions and refund policy. So I can’t refund my amount from QNET with in the time period (From the second week onwards I requesting my money to refund).
              3. And I have not submitted any document & signed eKYC form from my side for verification, so if anything it has submitted before, it should be done without my knowledge / permission and my presence.
              4. As per his miss-guidance & enforced, I had attend few meetings through zoom App conducted by QNET representatives. During those meeting nothing my doubts has cleared and they not provided any details about my money investment on QNET. They simply discussed & shared knowledge about few books which hasn’t related to QNET and training others to how to cheat / miss-guide others to involve in this business.
              Now I understood that he was cheated me to involve in this business and forced me to cheat someone to get my money re-turn back. So I got depressed very much because of his approach & attitude. And I declared through this complaint that, there is no relation between me and QNET. And whatever transaction / purchase had been done from my QNET ID is without my knowledge. And my amount has been invested through him on QNET is without my knowledge and unaware of QNET investment plan.
              Now I am not aware of what kind of transaction / purchase has been done in QNET on my name. I also doubted that without my knowledge they have purchased some products from QNET which has been registered in my name. I had taken bank-loan for deposited my amount Rs-140000/-, So I don't want any products from QNET if any-think have been purchased through my ID, I want to cancel the order and need to refund my amount.

                I am Vigneshwaran (IN96273) invested in QNET on 27th August 2020. I was made to invest Rs 3, 50, 000 in QVI Tripsavr by giving incorrect information, Even the contact information such as Phone Number provided in the application form doesn't belong to me. later when I came to know about the business I asked for refund but they declined me by saying my refund time was already over. I am not interested in this business and I was misled. Hence I want to return my product and requesting refund ASAP.

Products are received and they also confirmed from their end on Aug 4.But I only received a partial refund of my RSP amount of Rs.6960.Not my returned purchase products amount of Rs.110050+77900=187950.

                        RSP amount is credited in my bank account on September 24, 2020.

                        Sharp Plasmacluster + Kent Water Purifier - 77, 900.00

                        CHAIROS Crusader LS watch - 110, 050.00

                        Total product purchase amount is Rs.187950(Remaining amount not refunded).

                        It was more than 100 days, still my remaining amount is not credited in my bank account.

                        I followed India support centre many times for the past 100 days but they are not responding to my queries..They told only the same thing it's been forwarded to the concerned(financial) department.Last update from India Support centre on Sep 28th for regarding my queries after that yet to respond.

                        Now my grandmother has had a heart transplant, I'm in shortage of money. I'm in urgent need of money. have contacted indian support centre for this, they are not responding correctly. I have to arrange money within the next two weeks for operation, please help me to get my money back.

                                  Hello sir my IR Id is IN357710 and my wife is IN652183 we both enrolled under this scam through lots of wrong promises and they even don't provide us any information against the refund procedure. I got about the refund procedure after the time crossed. I am under a huge burden of Rupees 5 lakhs which is deducted from my account every month. I am under huge burden.
                                  I marked multiple mails to company but they are asking again and again for their policy of refund of 30 days.
                                  Now I have not any step behind complaint about this fraud to police and lodge a complaint against this fraud.

                                  It is therefore requested to kindly refund my amount so that I can close my loan as soon as possible.
                                  QNET customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    I have been made to invest in Qnet investment by giving improper/incorrect/incomplete knowledge of this company and its investment. I have been mis-leaded by Qnet executives.
                                    Without my knowledge they have purchased some product from your site and trust me they have not told anything about those products.
                                    During our meeting they had told nothing about qnet products.they told me that you will give so and so amount and you will become our business partner. our company will give some complementary product to you so i have given INR 3, 10, 000 on to them through net banking but when i am asking my credentials they are not giving me.
                                    So please forward this mail to return my money because i have taken personal loan for that and since my father under medical treatment, so i request you to refund the amount, it will be useful for my father medical treatment expenses.
                                    I don't want the products which they have purchased and wants to cancel the order of the same. I am letting you know this now because its not yet finished one month and i came to know about your refund/cancellation policy that orders can be cancel within a month.

                                      I was influenced by connections to join the qnet (Vihan direct selling) business.
                                      I don't wish to continue my membership with qnet. I had called customer care service number [protected].
                                      I have dropped email already to support center and had provided the documents they requested. However didnt hear back anything after that. No action was taken.
                                      I want a resolution to this case on following points :
                                      1. Complete withdrawal of my membership
                                      2. Refund of the amount that i paid
                                      3. Take back the tripsaver membership
