I have raised a refund request on 03 - Oct after that after following with the customer services with n number of time i got the response that my request has been sent to hold the comission and i will be getting the update.i have raised it before 30 days so as per company policy should get it back

But yet to receive any response.

Kindly help me in getting my refund back

I was called by my far relative to attend the business meeting last year in nov 2018. Since i wasn't interested in such strange business but my relative brainwashed me emotionally that it is the golden opportunity and all. I joined on dec 5th. They didn't reveal until a month about anything clearly and when i came to know, i wanted to quit and asked refund. They told like 1 month is over and you cannot get refunded. I told them however i want my money back and after hell lot of conversation they told only if someone can replace you after 6 months and your ir id will given to him and amount he pays will be transferred to you and its a process. I thought if this is the option i will wait as i had to trust my relative and the uplines. Now that its almost a year now since i joined the business, i contacted them, they told they are some new updates from business as they are not accepting the transfers.

Please help to cancel my ir ship and refund my amount.

I'm tired of posting same complaint again and again.

My ir no is in251566. I had requested for refund of rs. 497000 from qnet.

On aug 28th 2019, i got mail stating that refund will be credited to my bank account within next 30 working days.

It has been more than 60 working days now. Not a single penny has been credited to my bank account.

How many times do i have to follow up...

I was influenced by connections to join the qnet (Vihan direct selling) business.
I don't wish to continue my membership with qnet. I had called customer care service number [protected]. On first day it worked and they provided me steps on how to withdraw membership. However, since the the call is not proceeding and i am getting message that service is under maintenance.
I have dropped email already to support center and had...

I have requested to initiate my refund to qnet on 18th september. More than 30 working days have been completed but still not received any satisfactory response from them. My family facing the financial crisis. Anyone can help me to advise how i can take any action against qnet so they will give my money back.

I'm following up for refund since 12 th july 2019 and now it has been almost 4 months where i have sent multiple mails to company, they do not reply back even after requesting multiple times.
I'm raising the because i have been made to invest in qnet investment by giving improper, incorrect and incomplete knowledge of the company and its investment. I have been completely mis-leaded by your executives.

Without my knowledge they have purchased some product from your site and trust me they have not told anything about those products until the day - "welcome" event was done. I received these purchase details just only late evening just before next day's welcome event.

During our meeting they had told nothing about qnet products and not even company's name. They told me that you will give so and so amount and you will become our business partner, they mis-led me by saying that - "our company will give you some complementary products to you so and you need not pay for the products, you just need to put efforts (In what? - they didn't say) towards it".

So, i have given inr (Rupees)- 43, 000) through online transactions to the qnet's executive but when i am asking my login credentials to the portal they are not giving me and directing me to complete the kyc documents.

Also note that, the amount (Which i have used to pay for this transaction) are the hard-earned money of many backward class people who hardly earn less than your executives who earn through commission - as their income which is very less than a rented home monthly expense which i had collectively put in this business.

Please note that when did the transactions was only based on the trust i showed on my referral, i was not even aware about the company name in-spite of me repeatedly asking and there was no idea about the actual business.

The reasons for cancellation are:

* due to improper, incorrect and incomplete knowledge of the company and its investment given to me while investing in the company

* i have also been getting threatening calls almost every single day after few weeks of my investment as i did not have any documents which prove my investment into the business.

* the people have also threaten me to nab me in middle of any location or where-ever i go, in addition to that they have threaten to harm my family members in some way or other way such that we won't be able to show our face or move freely in our society - if i fail to re-pay the invested money back to them.

* upon all these things, there is extreme shortage of the funds for treatment of my mother's sister (Who has been financially depended on me) who has been very ill and suffering from serious health issues. We had reserve the investment (Which is now invested in the business of qnet) for her treatment.

Hence, i humbly request you to stop my further processing of ir ship with the company - cancel the process completely and process my investment amount back to my bank account only.

I was approached by my cousin to put 300000 in this # so called business qnet to bcme a partner in order to get financial freedom. I trusted my cousin and put all my savings plus a loan of 300000 in qnet. She and her uplines gave all the numbers and brainwashed me. I even went to dubai to attend vcon 2018 which was cancelled but uplines took the chance n gave speeches abt how their life had become lavish aftr cmg in qnet. Later i was told that positions below me were very imp and the benefits shud b recvd only by my family, so they made me sign up my 3 sisters. Me and my sisters hve taken loan of almost 9 lakhs frm bank and relatives. I m in deep trouble bcoz of qnet.. And their ways of working. They dont sell the products.. They sell dreams... False promises. My sister had serious disease, my cousin tuk advantage of it n brainwashed me dat lets give her a happy life. I invested! Qnet / vihaan direct selling has ruined my life. I get suicidal thoughts becoz of so much loan. How am i suppose to approach my friend.. Why will i put dem in a pit. So wat happens once you join:
1. They lure u with all the big numbers/ money.
2. Jobs are for stupid ppl is wat they say and make u quit ur job.
3. Then they give u script to byheart on how to talk to people... Hot zone/close ppl.. Warm zone/ friends... Cold zone/ everyday ppl u meet... Ur vegetable seller... Milkman. Even approach rickshawala by taking their number.
4. They tell u to make ur frndz n family emotional to get money frm them.
They tell u to ignore ppl who ask u too much abt the work. Then also tell u to dress up well... Wear branded clothes n shoes... Take pictures of hi fi places n post on social media so dat ppl will upfrontly cme and ask u abt it. Also they dont disclose the company name at all which i started feeling fishy abt! I questioned my cousin.. She said its part of the business. I just pray nobody else falls into their sweet talks trap. I hd told my cousin for refund bt she cald her uplines and assured me the company is genuine and legal. Wat they dint told me was the way of working.. It was wrong and unethical. Qnet is into business of trapping people so that few bunch of # who lie become rich. Qnet / vihaan is not into selling products... They are into enrolling people. Money circulation. They dupe ppl. I stopped attending their seminars, associations etc wen they started pushing me for dwd thailand. I said i dont have money they said to take more loan..!! That ws the point i said enough of this # biz.

I have purchased tripsavr account for more than 10 lacs rupess, in hope to earn money and grow business, however tripsavr has no use.

Tripsavr claims to be lowest rates for booking hotels/resorts etc, however it is like not even worthy to take tripsavr.

At time of purchase, we pay amount in lump sum in lacs to purchase tripsavr, and at time of booking we need to pay major portion of hotel booking...

My friend recommended qnet to me. Convincing all the dreams coming true. After i invested in this i got to know that people are fooled under this scheme.
Please help me getting refund from qnet. They show so many shortcuts to be rich and after we sign up they teach us how to fool other people. Also my friend asked me to take loan and join it and the i will get the money back within short period. I am in a huge debt now. Please help me out. I have also emailed them and asked for refund. Still no reply from them.

I am also the victim of qnet as i lost my money, also six months gone. So kindly help me to got my money return back? Total money i have invested 2.80lacs. They gave me few unexpected product as it is tour package of high value. I have not use it. The team is fraudulent that they cheat people by showing huge earning option. After getting transaction, they forget the victim one.

I was cheated 3 weeks ago by a company named qnet due to intense brain washing they managed to took my money from me 4000 rupees from me when i knew their frauding i asked for my money as refund since i didn't want tojoin their company so they said they will not pay, aslo they demanded for 1.30 lakhs for me saying i would make a lot of money over months...

Once i came to knew it was qnet i didnt enrolled in to the process not even signed the documents. My money was used buy some useless vacation packages. I have been brainwashed to put money into a network marketing company named Qnet by taking a personal loan and stay in the business. I was assured and given guarantee words stating that I will be earning equal or more than my salary and will not have to worry about my EMI for the loan as the way they showed the plan seemed like a quick rich scheme. I had no idea about this industry but now I know these big people don't care about anything. I was just open for it but was not even given a chance to at least make a call to my family people and was forced and convinced by using social engineering techniques to put money into Qnet. I didnot agreed upon a series of long talks about turning me into putting money on the table meeting and I specifically mentioned I cannot even bear more than 5k a month on my earnings but they took my bank net banking login and went on to use my Credit card (90000) full usage then added an Insta Jumbo Loan (245000) and on top of it applied for a PL for 3.20 lakhs which I came to know about later on. I was advised that it will be amalgamated and Int rate will be quite less and I will be only paying about 8 - 10k. They completely turned mine into believing that I will be making money as I have made the best decision of my life and was demanded of 14 hours a week. However, that was one day and then on top of it, they didn't stop there. They asked me to apply for a passport as they have many events that keep on happening as it is mandatory for me. As I was brainwashed so they made me look towards my dreams not to look at the real picture and took more money out of me. I had to pay for the corrupt people for making my passport because I did not have the 3 id proof of being an outstation candidate. I could have provided all of them in a certain given time in a legitimate way. However, they forced me to go for their event in a week and I have to pay 40 thousand rupees to the agent.
I stay in Gurgaon, Haryana for a job at MNC and I barely make a month to go through. I am on the age where my family is planning my marriage and they have nothing, not even me. I am paying 18000 months on EMI which I can't as I have to pay it from my previously savings Now my savings are finished, which were about 2 lakhs in total which i had saved for my home renovation as I am coming close to my marriage and i dont have any money left.
I was fraudulently involved into this fake money making scheme as they committed something which was wrong and later on when I came to know that I don't have the required to do the so-called business they never refunded me the money. Instead of asked me to stay. I just need all my loans and any banking financial borrowing to be stopped. I have already been really in bad shape financially, physically and mentally too. My father is a heart patient and mom is usually sick and has a brother who is just starting up. Please help me I would die like this.

I have already raised a compliant on PMO also with PMOPG/E/2019/0268589 registration number, but no one has done anything yet.

Shalendar Tiwari in the meeting in a cofee shop said that he is making money and I will also make money and can fulfill my dreams. I questioned him if it does not works to which he evaded the question and told me just focus on learning which I now know is to lie to everybody and make calls to people and friends who you might not have called in before and add even our family members and ask them to put money and get money out of them. I was asked for14 hours a week I had ample time so that's why I said ok as I was under the impression that I am getting my own website created an, how does it works, he said that I will get q website under my name and I will generate revenue out of it which was not true altogether, as they mislead me into believing as it takes time to get all the things ready.

Post the event in Thailand, I was asked to stay for prolonged hours with them and as a result i could not sleep and I was given warning letters at my office and they asked me to leave office to be able to do business and was nearly on the verge to get kicked of my job, which i cant take because I had a family to take care of. I belong to a lower middle class family, they are self made, they till date haven't got the property rights wherein they rose everybody in the whole family, i am the only earning member.

I have total debt of Rs 700000 on my head and for 5 years, I need all my money back as bank has denied al the support and even QNET dishonored my claim stating that I am out of the refund policy, I was never informed about the products purchased on my money and was never aware of the refund policy. I am bankrupt now and nobody is supporting me and I don't know whom to talk.

I even logged a case for this to the nearby police station the Assitant SHO name is Jaswant ([protected]) which is now seem to have taken the side of these people and is not seeming too pace up and do some deep work into investigation and its been 3 months of filing the case, no FIR been lodged, wherein we have shared all the documents in this case. and keep on asking for more documents as in support of the complaint to check with their internal legal team.

Dear Team, I dnot know where to go from here, i have tried paid services to get the refund from QNET and these fraud people used the paid online complaint forums but nobody seems to be helping.
Kindly guide what needs to be done.

My ir id is in949028. It is disappointing to say that qnet and the uplines are cheating people with fake words & commitments about business. I am among the one who is cheated by my upline. I was told that it will be a online e-commerce work from home job where i need to work in product sales among friends and known people. Instead i was asked to attend associations and meetings where there is no discussion on any product, market, sales but calling friends and invite them for meetings so that they also invest the money and make chain which is a pure scam as there is no product, market involved.

Further, i was not asked that what product i need at the time of registration and and qvi club membership was sold out to me. My upline wasted the time and money without informing me the product purchased in time and ended the discussion that they cant help anymore in this matter and i have to pay the loan taken against this qvi product.

Request you to take action against my upline and the entire team behind this and raise the refund of my money.

I have made Investment in Qnet by incorrect knowledge of this company and misled by your executive, during my meeting they have told me we can earn upto 70, 000 rs per week/month.

They have given asked me to keep faith on this. Your executive followed with me frequently and asked me too take loan from bank. Alredy I had 2 loans on top of that also your executive asked me to take loan. I was not financially strong then also they used to call me and asked for the money. When my loan got approved then on 2nd day only they asked me for meeting.

After meeting they have not given me 15 min also to think. In that zone only they did my sign up and taken whole money rs 2, 77, 400.

Trust me after i got in depression, i can not sleep peacefully. I need money on very high priority as i am suffering from lot of financially issue. I lost my family relations, mental peace.
