On 15 august 2019 i purchased the products carios watch and the sharp air purifier worth rs 165000. As company has the refund policy of 30 days i mailed them on 21 august i mailed them for the stopping of dispatch and refund of products. After vigorous calling and mails i received the mail on 26 august request is under process. After again calling they said that products have not reached company then i tracked it they have given a wrong id for watch and other was still in delhi warehouse as bluedart was not communicated by qnet for reversal.

After catching them qnet was saying we have not dispatched it. How is is possible if courier man called and told me to receive the products but i refused and instructed him to take it back to company. It was lying to me from so many days and making me wait. Then they made a story on air purifier and said that the product has not reached. I requested blue dart to send it at earliest to the origin. After that also they were not telling me about the confirmation of product. Everyday i was calling and mailing them after that i gave them the proof and the receiver's name then they had no option left to lie so they accepted it. But now after the refund process is completed they are not transacting the amount. I received the confirmation mail on 6 sep till now they are not transacting it since i can't catch them now anywhere.
The person i have taken loan is threatening me and asking me for the money. I am holding him from last 21 aug since i filed for the request now i am helpless. Despite of regular mails and calls qnet is not listening me and holding on the transaction as acc to them they did my process earlier than process and i should thank them. But i provided them the proof and all so that they can't lie. I don't understand if other ecommerce sites like amazon and flipkart can do it in no days why qnet is taking so much of time. I request you to please ask them to refund my amt as person is threatening me. I will be thankful to you.

    I was approached by one of my friends who pitched me a business opportunity in referral marketing from www. Qnet.net? They claim it to be a get quickly rich scheme. Their words and calculations shown were deceiving.
    It’s a balanced binary scheme, where you need to balance your down line in such a manner that you get the max commission whether you work or not. This scheme is quickly gaining feet in mumbai, gujarat, hyderabad, delhi etc.
    It works like this. Well the minimum amount is 100000. But they insist it to start with 300000/- as it will help recover the initial investment faster. You buy products/services (Mind you most of them are pricey & not available to common people) for 300000. Then you have to make 2 irs (Individual representatives) under you for which you get 2*14% (300000) =84000 as the commission!! Wow. Doesn't it sound great? Wait it doesn't end here – you also get 14% of 300000 for each partner your partners make under them. This way you basically get your money back in the 3rd level itself and free products/service. Double wow!! This way they are misguiding and influencing young people to earn millions if they reach 8th-10-15th level and so on and so forth.
    I have found that everything is fishy about it. That is the reason why i want to use your platform to disseminate this information to everyone so that people don’t fall prey to these scamsters and lose their hard earned money.

    I have already sent email to their customer support for refund of 370000 however they are not taking any action.
    Need to file a legal action against them.

    I am only looking foward for a refund now. These terms and conditions was not informed to me by my so called upline.

    Can you please respond on my below queries:

    1) I asked you to provide me the exact price of this package in indian currency. But you have not confirmed this. I have paid 364000 for this package. I can provide you my bank statement as well.

    2) I was not told by my upline that product will ship in 4-6 weeks. This is clearly a missing information and not been told to me. So, i am not satisfied with QNET services and only looking for refund and want to cancel my IRship with QNET.

    3) Its more than a month and no AWB number has been updated on your portal. I am Paying 364000 rs and you guys have not even provided me the AWB number.
    Now i dont need the AWB and i am only looking for my refund in my bank account.

    I can see on receipt that 5060 USD is for package price and 35 USD is the shipping chagres. Then why the upline took 364000 from me.
    When i paid the money the currency rate was 69.6565 INR which comes as 354899.86 rs

    Why 9100 was charged extra from me??????

    So let me tell you clearly.. what has happened.

    First of all the my friend who is my upline approached that they are into the ecommerce business and i can be a part of that business by investing some amount and i will get a travel package as well. When i invested 364000 and i got to know that this is all MLM and scam. I have to add people and they will also invest the amount in lacs. Then i will get commison on the basis of amount they will invest.

    This is a ponze scheme that running accross india and outside. Now i am trapped here investing my money of 364000 and also paying 100 rs for each of your event which i have to attend forcefully on sunday and on other day. So far i have attended 5-6 events when my friend forced me to join the same.

    Now tell me what you have to say about this. And when will my money be refunded in my bank account.

    I have already raised this in consumer court and soon i will take legal action if you will not take any action against this and failed to refund my money.

    So i would request you to please take action on this and reply to me.

      I have a medical emergency. My grandfather has been admitted in hospital on 08.09.19 due to severe chest pain.

      As I had already said Qnet that I am running out of my all savings and taken loan from various sources, please be informed that my bank balance as on date is Rs.4611.57/-, somehow I managed Rs.20, 000/- for the emergency.
      Now, I don't know what will be the total billing amount of hospital at the time of discharge. I am the only earning member of my family, so until I got refund from Qnet neither I can pay for further treatment nor I can discharge my grandfather from hospital by paying bill amount.

      So, I requested to Qnet to refund the amount to my bank account immediately. But still they are saying that refund is under process. It is a matter of someone's life and death. But, I think Qnet doesn't care.

      I have called their customer care service, and they have a fixed and copyright response which is "We have already escalated your issue to finance department and you will be get your refund shortly". This dialogue I have been listening since 21st August, but even after their prioritization I haven't received my refund till date. And even after telling them that this is a medical emergency they just don't care and following their so called refund process. Please help with immediate refund.

        After so many emails, phone calls and complaints I feel all goes in vain. You people does not understand my financial crisis. I am totally loaned, and currently out of my all source of savings, but I all receiving from you only emails that my amount will be credited shortly.           I have worked in hyderabad for a brief period with this as my money stuck and i had to just keep asking more people to join. My upline had done a hot zone to me everytime i asked for answers he would tell me about relationships. I think my friend i wont take name was good but brainwashed by these people coming from diffrent cities, amit soni from mumbai and gunjan nagpal from north india.
          I used to attend their meetings but i see no heart in them. When the suicide case happened in hyderabad.. Gunjan joked about it and used a language that day i decided these people can never value relationship if they can talk cheap about someones death they arent human. Most of these people have no personal life left, every night they drink, they only stay in hotels with each other and joke about other peple using cheap languague even in death cases of a innocent guy. I decided that day even if in qnet lot of money can be made i dont want to be like them because of the culuture such people set. I hope they understand what is real relationship n stop their arrogance n loot

            I had applied for my refund on 4th august. On 14th august qnet says they will refund within 30 days which was not at all acceptable while other e-commerce sites are giving refund immediately. I requested for urgent refund for my loan repayment, since then i only receiving notifications that my refund is under process and will be credited into my bank account shortly. But still waiting, and i am sure that they will reply same in my this complaint also. I feel they are not robots, they are also human being, and should understand people's problem. I am totally loaned now, untill i get my refund i can't understand what should i do? So kindly refund amount in my bank account within 2 days. Ir id - in626576

              A good friend of mine took money from me dragged it into qnet for amount 2.50 lacs. I invested in oct 2018. But leter on i realized in 8 months only referring and adding people. Therefore i asked him to give my money /products back to which earlier he said yes now saying almost 11 months. After 11 months i don't get my money/ products. He told me that if i invest some money i get products but i did't get anything.in name of friendship, trust and transparency i have been betrayed. Please help me.

                My name is RAJNI. My IR ID is IN579608. I had sent many times refund request of MYR 17290.00 ( Approx Rs. 310528 ) to Qnet support centre on 26th, 27th & 28th August 2019 as per direction of global support team of Qnet (global.[protected]@qnet.net)
                But Qnet India ( Vihan Direct Selling Pvt Ltd.) Support team didn't take up my issue regarding my refund request and tell me to contact global support team. On the other hand global support team directed me to contact India support team ( support.[protected]@qnetindia.in). Kindly look into the matter and resolve my issue as earliest as possible.

                  Hello Team,

                  My IR Id is IN905721. It is disappointing to say that qnet and the uplines are cheating people with fake words & commitments about business. I am among the one who is cheated by my upline. He told this is a e-commerce company and all work from the house.
                  Further, I was not asked that what product I need at the time of registration and and QVI club membership was sold out to me. I got this product after 1 month of the purchase when I could not raise the refund. My upline wasted the time and money without informing me the product purchased in time and ended the discussion that they cant help anymore in this matter and I have to pay the loan taken against this QVI product.

                  Request you raise the REFUND of my money. Also already send mail on support center but no any response only received mail "4 month passed" not possible for refund.

                  If this is not possible, I am going to send this message to police, my lawyer and media and file a complaint on this matter.

                    Qnet is a bogus company and their representatives cheated me. I lost almost 4 lakhs in this... Most of the cheaters conduct their meetings in almost all the coffee shops l, pizza corners and restaurants in the city.. I have been suffering from this debt. When i wanted to ask for refund they said you need to call us within month.. But when people managed me to join this fraud they did not tell about the refund policy because if i go for refund they won't get their commission.. Please try to do the justice on this.. I lost my hard earned money..

                    Products are worthless and useless.. This business definitely shows a huge negative impact on Indian economy.. For moving 2.5 lakhs of amount from India to Malaysia, you are giving a 20k commission to every individual.. For every transaction India is loosing 1.5 lakh including your worthless products..

                      Hello. My name is mandar dahigaonkar. My irid is in251566. I had sent refund request of rs.497000 to qnet support centre on 16th august 2019.

                      I have not received any response from qnet. There is no response from customer service qnet. Kindly look into this matter at the earliest.

                      Reason for my cancellation is negative reviews about the company on google and few personal issues.

                        I have purchased QVI Club membership on 3rd August, next day I had requested for refund. And from 14th August I got mail that my refund will be credited within more 30 days. As I had to repay my personal loan, so I requested to refund my amount in my bank account within 29th August, but after so many mails, phone calls and complaints I haven't received my amount till date as on 30.08.19. Why Qnet is delaying my refund and did nota gave refund as per my request, even after they said that my issue had been prioritized on 21st August. Now I am in a situation where I am taking loan from others for my day to day expenses. KINDLY REFUND MY AMOUNT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT AT THE EARLIEST. MY IR ID - IN626576.

                        I am working in pvt company in Kolkata. One of my colleagues name Kaushal Chaurasia forced me to join Qnet stating that you can earn crores within 3-4 years. I paid rs230000 to my colleague by applying a personal loan. He used this amount for purchasing Qvi membership and rest amount used for Bangkok trip without informing me. Now I came to know that he cheated me. Please take necessary action. Like this i became a victim. Please help me.

                        Another day has gone, and another weekend came, and another time I was told that my case has been escalated and will be credited shortly.
                        I don't know how many more days to follow-up. I am literally begging to you for my own money even in a tough time.

                          I'm shafik nadaf (In186546) cheated by my friend and her senior person before 3 years for 5 lacs i took loan for the same, but my family was against that kind of business so i left that and felt guilty i wasn't able to attend seminars etc. But today when i opened qnet website and entered my ir id the result was invalid ir id i also have they id card with my photo on it which i received last year.
                          Today after i read so many complaints against qnet i'm also writing complaint against them only today i come to know that qnet is a big scam they cheated so many peoples.
                          Please help me i'm in bad financial condition now i've emi to pay every month and now i don't have job also, if i don't get money then i don't know i'll live or not.
                          Please help and save my life.

                            I had applied for refund after cheated by qnet ir and i have got my refund on 31st july after so many mails and calls to qnet but i didn't got my 100% i have received 2717 rs less from the total purchase. All other e-commerce sites like amazon or flipkart are giving full refund in only 5 working days. If qnet is working in india so it should also follow the same rule of 100% refund else i will go for legal action. And upline is also not giving 10000 rs so i want that company should take action to the upline and tell to return my 10000 rs. I want immediate action else i will have to take legal action against company.

                              I have been cheated from my collegue jai sai ram manepalli regarding qnet
                              He did not provide me the correct information and just told me to trust and join... After paying 2.5 lakhs i had a feeling that i was cheated because there was no such work given and i felt like i'm wasting my time. They didnt give any information about refund process and also they have created a fake email id and phone number which is already a crime and used in registration process so that i wont get any information regarding this.

                              So i started asking questions and they removed me from ll qnet groups and then stopped returning my calls and texts.

                              I have been asking them for proof of purchase from the day i signed up and paid the money.. But the jai sai ram did not take any initiative until i went to the police to get my receipts.

                              They purchased vacation package which i did not know about completely of 5uv. They used fake gmail account for registration and number.

                              I'm really frustrated about the 2.5lakh rupees because i was not informed about what this business is all about and i was definitely scammed. Now iam in a financial crisis. Iam the only one who is working in my home. Kindly get my money back from them. Requesting you to look in and help me with this.

                                I have noticed an income source in my itr from vihaan direct selling private limited with tan number blrv1146c against my pan number of an amount of 12586.
                                It is coming as tds in the itr. However, i was never involved with any kind of business with qnet or vihaan.
                                I need against which id are they using my pan number and where from tax has been deducted.

And this scam businesss was introduced by my friend (Gunasekaran) and my friend boss name (Karthick). And i have been made to invest the amount of rs 3, 52, 000 in qnet investment by he giving improper /incomplete knowleadge of this company. And qnet company gives the 1 month refund option. And i attended the business meeting 2-3 days and understand they told me all false information about this qnet and after knowing this scam business am asked to my friend to stop the business and pls refund my amount immediately. All are done within the 30days. And my friend not respond me properly. But am daily messageing and call to my friend. After 30days he send one mail id (Support. [protected]@qnetindia.net) and he told to send mail to that mail id and put reason for why stop the business and put refundin and also he told me to send mail last one day available for refund request but already 30days over and he teliing lie. As per he told am send the mail to that mail id. But qnet team replies your period was over and refund request cannot be process.
                                  On that time i realised my friend fully cheated me and telling fully lie about qnet and that process. So i request to take severe action against my friend (Gunasekaran) and i need to refund my amount

                                    After getting it last week i found there was a purchase of a trip saver which i did not know about completely of 5uv. I found there was a reciept of 1.71lakhs of indian rupees. There was around rs85000 which was not accounted..

                                    They have also provided me a watch which they said costed rs58000.
                                    Then i asked for the reciept of that watch and they needed time to track it down.

                                    A week later he comes back to the police station and says the watch is on another person's name and wants me to except it. The police had given him time of 30 days to return the money of the watch.

                                    I'm really frustrated about the 1.71lakh rupees because i was not informed about what this business is all about and i was definitely scammed. Requesting you to look in and help me with this.

On 14th august after 10 days i got a mail that my refund is processed and the refund amount will be credited in my bank account within 30 working days.                                       I have been cheated for Rs. 230000/- by my friend Kaushal Chaurasia (IN565961) and his senior Afzal Khan. Without showing their ID card and plan they forced me to take a personal loan. I only come to know about the business when I took the loan, I transferred money to his personal account, and without informing me they booked tickets for Bangkok, Hotel and Event for me. They also froced me to purchase Qvi club membership for Rs.160180/-, for which I requested for Refund. They neither returned my amount of Rs.18000 for hotel booking yet, nor they able to show any receipt.
