I have purchased chairos watch on 5th, march, 2019 and requested refund on 7th, march 2019 for rs. 94, 000 in total. However, today, 4th july, 2019, vihaan direct selling india pvt ltd, refunded me only rs.89, 100. On 7th, march 2019, i have avlearly mentioned to cancel my ir ship also. Hence i hope, there should not be any deduction on my refund. Please do refund my full amount. I have already provided my bank details.

Hi Team,

I got refund only for 89, 100. However, I have paid Rs. 94, 000. I have already mentioned to cancel my IR ship. Hence there should not be any other charges from my amount. Please refund my balance amount of rs.4900 asap. I have all the transaction details for the Rs.94000. Consider this as a priority and do the needful.

    Qnet company has collaboration with vihaan direct selling india pvt ltd.in india. I have entered in to this business without knowing much about this company. And i paid rs.94, 000 for purchasing the chairos watch on 5th march 2019, which is a product of qnet selling through vihaan direct selling india pvt ltd. Immediately after purchasing i realized that they are selling the products which has very low quality not worth more than 2000, for which i have spent rs.94, 000. I have requested refund for my purchase on 7th march, 2019. For the initial stage they have keep asking the same thing regarding my ir number and all. I have sent multiple emails to the team for the same and i have provided the relevant details to refund my money.

    They have clear policy that if person raised request for cancellation in 30 days then will get full refund. I have raised request in march and still struggling to get my rs. 94000. Now it's been almost 4 months. Still i didn't get my refund. I have all the emails and the purchase order copy. I emailed them many times but i couldn't see any progress as it already passed 4 months.

      I have been made to invest in Qnet Investment by giving improper information .Knowledge of this company and its investment have been misleaded by your executives.

      Without my knowledge they have purchased some product from your site and trust me they have not told anything about those products.

      During our meeting they told nothing about company and products .They told me that you will give so and so amount and you will become our business partner.Our company will give some complimentary product to you so i have given INR 2, 50, 000 to them through NEFT transfer cash but when i am asking to return the product they are convincing me to take a product .
      So please return my money because i have taken personal loan for that.
      I dont want that products which they have purchased (if any) and wants to cancel the order for the same.I am letting you know this now because its not yet finished one month and i came to know about your refund/cancellation policy that orders can be cancel within a month.

      They are hiding for us 30 days refund Policy.Now i want to cancellation of IRSHIP/orders and claim refund for IN170144.

          this is regarding my previous complaint on Qnet .

          I have made the purchase on your portal on 16/aug/2018 19:21:17.

          for this i have paid 25, 000 rupees via credit card and 10, 000 rupees on cash to my colleagueand your Qnet representative ( Jagadish Mashetty) . after so much of effort i could able to get the refund which i paid via CC . ( not full amount, they have deducted half amount as tax something they have told) . at least i need my 10, 000 ruppees back ( full amount), could you please help me to get my money ASAP. i have asked him several times, but he is telling it needs to be provided by upper hierarchy peoples . when i said i'll go through cyber complaints, he insisting me to wait for some days, as someone replaced my position, they will give my money it seems (with that new guy's joining fee) . its been so long time now . ( almost a year) . so please help me to get it escalate to Qnet team .

          please help me out here .

            Qnet company has collaboration with Vihaan Direct Selling India Pvt Ltd. in India. Independent Representative of company approached me and asked to invest Rs. 3 Lacs in the company but they later purchased product without my permission and I came to know this directly when I received purchase receipt in my email ID. After all this incident, I realized that these people cheated me so I raised request in the company to cancellation of product within 30 days. I did lot of research about this company and they have many cases all over India. Most of employees also got arrested in Banglore 3 years back.

            They have clear policy that if person raised request for cancellation in 30 days then will get full refund. I have raised request in March and still struggling to get my Rs. 3 lacs. I called many times to them but every time they just give me assurance that your request is in progress.

              I see qnet is responding few of the complaints here.But i sincerely doubt their credibility..all most all of the complaints tell us that first the victims complained to the qnet mailboxes then here. The question is why qnet is not responding the quiries in their mailboxes. If they had done then no showoff required here..let me tell you qnet is nothing but a big scam...who wants their vacation packages and study package's at unreasonable rates..and thus the IR sell by these products in the name of trust and dreams and never by MRP..

                I am 54 years female. Qnet IRs give lots of fake promises. I had taken loan and still paying back loan since two years. They change policies suddenly. Events get cancelled and no reimbursement is given on flight tickets, hotel bookings. ITS WORST. QNET name is not in direct selling entity. Also, QNET changes policies suddenly. Never ever get trapped in it. I WANT FULL REFUND. PLEASE HELP

                  My purchase was made on 8th May 2018. And QNET dispatched ID Card after almost 11 months. Because of this I was forcefully stopped from working for 11 months. This is illegal. I am posting this on consumer complaints to make everyone aware about this.
                  I want complete refund from QNET on the basis of following facts.
                  According to model guidelines issued by Govt of India, ID Card is compulsory before working with any direct selling company. For almost 11 months, I requested repeatedly for issue of ID Card. But the same was not issued by QNET till March 2019. But when I escalated and raised concern and asked for refund, then QNET sent me ID Card. This is highly unethical practice.
                  3 CRF requests were raised for ID Card in 2018.
                  Also, QNET suddenly stopped change of ownership option which was available earlier. QNET India portal mentions link for clause number 9 for change of ownership ( In news section dated 19th December 2018 ), but same change of ownership is denied by customer care. There is clear lack of communication and unethical practice. QNET is promoting illegal activities by not dispatching ID Card in time.
                  Refund my money immediately. qnet has formed grievance cell for refund issues which has crossed SLA period. but they don't reply for months together.
                  Raise awareness about this.

                  I have already emailed you, you replied me one month before saying you will take legal opinion and respond about it. But no reply yet. Also your world portal sign ups are done without pan card, this is worst than Hawala racket. uplines dont inform about refund policy. this is illegal. your team don't dispatch id cards for almost an year and it is against guidelines laid down by govt of india

                    It's been 43 working days after i got the confirmation mail from the company regarding the refund. Till today i didn't get any money from the company. They just say that the money is sent to the bank and they are waiting for the transaction update. I feel the fact is that the vihaan direct selling bank account is been frozen because of the fraud cases in cyberabad. The people involved in this business are really shameless. They don't have any feelings.

                      Hi this is suganya.. My friend suggested to join this business first i gave 15k then after 10 k after searching about the company i am not satisfied to continue that, she called me everyday like 20 times for remaining money, even we have tried for loan, actual product worth is 1.25 lacks now she said she have paid remaining money she wants me to give the remaining money previously i have informed that i need time dont have money even also she did that to me now she is demanding for the money... Even she send purchase id and all the details i want to cancel this otherwise we need to file a complaint against qnet and the girl who is cheating with me

                        I joint qnet through my college friend in the month of september.
                        He asked me its a good business and very profit potential, after joining i realised that this is network marketing business and making people fool by showing false commitment.
                        When i left this business and asking for refund my money from my friend and asked what is the process of getting money back he told you have to join more people for recovering your money.

                        Please suggest how can i get my money back early as soon as possible.

                          One day my friend called me to start online business and just like showed the dreams come true like a scenario. They haven't cleared any condition.. What type of business is this.. Name of the company.. Nothing.. They just invested my money after i asked them they taught me that you have to refer to other people's and i asked for my money refund but they denied.                             My friend recommended qnet to me. Convincing all the dreams coming true. After i invested in this i got to know that people are fooled under this scheme.
                            Please help me getting refund from qnet. They show so many shortcuts to be rich and after we sign up they teach us how to fool other people. Also my friend asked me to take loan and join it and the i will get the money back in uvs. I am in a huge debt now. Please help me out. I have also emailed them and asked for refund. Still no reply from them.

                            Did you get any confirmation mail from the company?
                            I don't think Mr Shrikant Shetty that u vl get Ur money back. I have already invested 8.5 lakhs but still didn't get my money back. I have already crossed 43 working days but still didn't get the money. I have lost the hope now. They just cheaters nothing else.

One of my colleagues byn name sandesh forced me to join qnet stating that you can earn rs.1 crore within one month. I paid rs225000 to my colleague by applying a personal loan with hdfc bank. I resigned my tcs job also. Now i came to know that he cheated me. Please take necessary action. Like this i became a victim of qnet scam. Please help me.

                                I want full refund as I didn't used product. Product seems unusable and charged so much (may be 10 times multiple). I just want full refund. Attached screenshot includes customer ID, product details, order number. Kindly help me to get full refund ASAP. Its urgent for me I can't wait further. Product seems unusable & conditions to use product is also strange. I don't want to continue with such a blind business where no one get satisfied if not form network. Its useless to form network.                                   I have made to invest in qnet investment by given incorrect knowledge of the company. Now iam not satisfied on the purchase. The purchase is made by the upline. Without my knowledge they have purchased product from your site and trust me they have not tolding about the product. They told me that you give some amount and you will become our business partner.
