I see qnet is responding few of the complaints here.But i sincerely doubt their credibility..all most all of the complaints tell us that first the victims complained to the qnet mailboxes then here. The question is why qnet is not responding the quiries in their mailboxes. If they had done then no showoff required here..let me tell you qnet is nothing but a big scam...who wants their vacation packages and study package's at unreasonable rates..and thus the IR sell by these products in the name of trust and dreams and never by MRP..

Also I just tried all thier three given phone nos.. None is working..again. where is your office in india.. Bangalore or mumbai or anonymous?? What else we can expect from this fraud company

    I am 54 years female. Qnet IRs give lots of fake promises. I had taken loan and still paying back loan since two years. They change policies suddenly. Events get cancelled and no reimbursement is given on flight tickets, hotel bookings. ITS WORST. QNET name is not in direct selling entity. Also, QNET changes policies suddenly. Never ever get trapped in it. I WANT FULL REFUND. PLEASE HELP

      My purchase was made on 8th May 2018. And QNET dispatched ID Card after almost 11 months. Because of this I was forcefully stopped from working for 11 months. This is illegal. I am posting this on consumer complaints to make everyone aware about this.
      I want complete refund from QNET on the basis of following facts.
      According to model guidelines issued by Govt of India, ID Card is compulsory before working with any direct selling company. For almost 11 months, I requested repeatedly for issue of ID Card. But the same was not issued by QNET till March 2019. But when I escalated and raised concern and asked for refund, then QNET sent me ID Card. This is highly unethical practice.
      3 CRF requests were raised for ID Card in 2018.
      Also, QNET suddenly stopped change of ownership option which was available earlier. QNET India portal mentions link for clause number 9 for change of ownership ( In news section dated 19th December 2018 ), but same change of ownership is denied by customer care. There is clear lack of communication and unethical practice. QNET is promoting illegal activities by not dispatching ID Card in time.
      Refund my money immediately. qnet has formed grievance cell for refund issues which has crossed SLA period. but they don't reply for months together.
      Raise awareness about this.

      I have already emailed you, you replied me one month before saying you will take legal opinion and respond about it. But no reply yet. Also your world portal sign ups are done without pan card, this is worst than Hawala racket. uplines dont inform about refund policy. this is illegal. your team don't dispatch id cards for almost an year and it is against guidelines laid down by govt of india

        It's been 43 working days after i got the confirmation mail from the company regarding the refund. Till today i didn't get any money from the company. They just say that the money is sent to the bank and they are waiting for the transaction update. I feel the fact is that the vihaan direct selling bank account is been frozen because of the fraud cases in cyberabad. The people involved in this business are really shameless. They don't have any feelings.

        Dear Rina Kirloskar Sangale . We apologise for the inconvenience caused. QNET compensates its Distributors through whom the sale is facilitated, on the basis of sale of ‘products’ only. The details of commissions are given in the company website under Policies and Procedures tab. kindly read it.

        The company also follows a 30 day refund policy for all its products and services. Any customer, who is not satisfied with the product of the company, once complaint is established as genuine, always has an option of claiming a refund within the stipulated period.           Hi this is suganya.. My friend suggested to join this business first i gave 15k then after 10 k after searching about the company i am not satisfied to continue that, she called me everyday like 20 times for remaining money, even we have tried for loan, actual product worth is 1.25 lacks now she said she have paid remaining money she wants me to give the remaining money previously i have informed that i need time dont have money even also she did that to me now she is demanding for the money... Even she send purchase id and all the details i want to cancel this otherwise we need to file a complaint against qnet and the girl who is cheating with me

            I joint qnet through my college friend in the month of september.
            He asked me its a good business and very profit potential, after joining i realised that this is network marketing business and making people fool by showing false commitment.
            When i left this business and asking for refund my money from my friend and asked what is the process of getting money back he told you have to join more people for recovering your money.

            Please suggest how can i get my money back early as soon as possible.

                Hi,

                My friend recommended qnet to me. Convincing all the dreams coming true. After i invested in this i got to know that people are fooled under this scheme.
                Please help me getting refund from qnet. They show so many shortcuts to be rich and after we sign up they teach us how to fool other people. Also my friend asked me to take loan and join it and the i will get the money back in uvs. I am in a huge debt now. Please help me out. I have also emailed them and asked for refund. Still no reply from them.

                I don't think Mr Shrikant Shetty that u vl get Ur money back. I have already invested 8.5 lakhs but still didn't get my money back. I have already crossed 43 working days but still didn't get the money. I have lost the hope now. They just cheaters nothing else.

                  I am working in tcs at chennai as sr process associate. One of my colleagues byn name sandesh forced me to join qnet stating that you can earn rs.1 crore within one month. I paid rs225000 to my colleague by applying a personal loan with hdfc bank. I resigned my tcs job also. Now i came to know that he cheated me. Please take necessary action. Like this i became a victim of qnet scam. Please help me....

                  I want full refund as I didn't used product. Product seems unusable and charged so much (may be 10 times multiple). I just want full refund.                           I was not aware of the product purchase. My friend purchased a product without telling me. He arranged meeting with his seniors after 1 month.                             Qnet is a fraud company which brain washes the youngester. Such happened to me. My friend referred me this qnet. I just believed my friend and without knowing i joined in this company. Later i found that to earn i need to refer people. Whereas my friend told me it is a investment, if you invest more you can earn more
                            So i gave him 285000 believeing that it would be a investment. Later he told me to become a member you need to buy a product. I said yes. Without my permission he bought a product. Holiday vacation club product. He didn't tell me about the company buy back policies. It is a 30 day policies. All these 30dayshe didn't tell about the work to divert my mind he told me to read books on network marketing and gave me few videos to watch. Almost it took 30 days. Afterwards they told to find new persons to place under my ir then i understand it a mlm. Which i am not interested to cheat my friend as my friend cheated me. So i wanted to quit the company asking for a refund. I applied for a refund after 32 days. By the time i crossed 30days limit. They made me to cross 30days. I don't it is holidays package which i didn't use it. I haven't seen the confirmation of the purchase yet physically except in the mail. So i told them to refund my money. Now they say you have crossed dead line already. Please help me to get back my money and stop such a company which brain washes the youngesters and cheats us.

                              I am also a victim of Qnet company.My childhood friend's brother took 250000 from me for this company.I have sent many refund mails in the above mentioned email ids but I am not getting any response from these people.My Ir id no.is CU733444.I told my friend's brother many times that m not interested in this business but he had insisted me like anything.He told me that he has become rich after he joined this company.I was still not interested but couldn't do anything.when I asked him about refund process he dint tell me anything.I came to know about refund process through Google.i did everything what was told in Google about refund but nothing happened.No response from this stupid people.Please help me.

                                I have been cheated by my friend dr. Swapnil deore (Nashik).

                                We were in same school and we were not in touch for long time. Suddenly one day in 2017 he started pinged me on facebook and by saying we did not meet for long time and we should meet once.

                                I was under impression that he is just interested in friendship so agreed to meet, on first meeting he enquired about my job, family and my financial condition and also judged me from emotional perspective. After this meeting he left me message saying it was nice meeting you and we should meet next time and plan for movie.

                                He was in continuous touch after then and he used to ask me to meet him but i just denied multiple times.
                                Suddenly after 3 to 4 months, in feb 2018 he asked me to meet again told me we will go for movie. So i agreed for this decided to meet him, he explained me about business saying their is a good opportunity for you where you have to do e-comm through computer and phone only to earn handsome money where no another job or business can give in next 3 — 4 years.
                                After this meeting, he messaged me that it was nice meeting you and and you was looking nice and your perfume was good and all, in short all flirting.

                                After then also he was in continuous touch to check if i am ready to join this business.
                                But even after so much efforts also i was not ready to join this business.

                                He was in constant touch to know whereabouts of my job and all to made me join this business.
                                I was looking for onsite opportunities in uk as i was working in it and i also got one handsome opportunity and then i resigned from my previous organisation to move to uk.

                                I posted last day news on facebook and after reading this post he immediately tried to contact me and suddenly wanted to meet me.

                                Once we decided to meet he started showing so much concerns and feeling about me.
                                After i moved to uk he started video calls and all and he was continuously tried to convince me for business and after 2 months i got agreed to join business as till then he showed me that he has feelings for me and can see future with me and saying i can give you hint that my parents know about you and they are ok if i get to settled in uk.

                                So i joined business by paying 2.5 lakhs, he took cash from my mom and dad from pune as i was in uk.

                                After starting usual process to read books and all other trainings like financial planner and welcome and all started.

                                Once i join he used to talk very rarely and then i started asking some serious questions about engagement and marriage, everytime i asked home, he always answered i don't want serious discussion now and feeling sleepy, we will discuss later, like this he kept me hanging from september 2018 to march 2019.

                                I was supposed to travel to india in march 2019 as dwd was there in march 2019.

                                So after dwd in bangkok this person clearly told me in pune that i never had any feelings for you it was always from your side and i was just looking for friendship.

                                Now they have 1 month refund policy and after so many days they can't refund.

                                So be aware about such fraud people and do not trust any people who will offer you such fraudulent schemes

                                  I was asked to pay 3, 50, 000 and 1, 20, 000 respectively. I was also told that the amount would be recovered within 3 years but that did not happen.

                                  Got a qvi vacation membership club (Qv327802).

                                  Three people who dragged me into this business

                                  Please beware of these people.

                                  I have seen the way these guys drag people into this business..

                                  Me and my Friend Mohamed had taken this Holiday package but it was sold to us stating that we would be recovering our invested amount in 3 years time. We had interacted with James Chettiar, Emalda Chettiar and thier mentor Balaji. They have misrepresented and gave is this package and we have ended up losing on our life time savings in this investment. I hope you could understand that in such situation of Pandemic these holiday packages are of no use. Kindly help us refund of our hard earned money

                                    Hello team,
                                    It is disappointing and frustrating to say that qnet and the uplines are cheating people with fake words & commitments about business. I am among the one who is cheated by my upline for 15 lakh rupees. I was told that it will be a online e-commerce work from home job where i need to work in product sales among friends and known people. Instead i was asked to attend associations and meetings where there is no discussion on any product, market, sales but calling friends and invite them for meetings so that they also invest the money and make chain which is a pure scam as there is no product, market involved.

                                    Further, i was not asked that what product i need at the time of registration and and qvi club membership was sold out to me. I got this product after 2 month of the purchase when i could not raise the refund. My upline wasted the time and money without informing me the product purchased in time and ended the discussion that they cant help anymore in this matter and i have to pay the loan taken against this qvi product.

                                    Request you to take action against my upline and the entire team behind this and raise the refund of my money. I am on verge of ending my life because of the 15lakh rupees loss, it's hard earned money for a middle class person. Please help
