I recently came across this girl anita rulania on tinder. We spoke to each other and then met at starbucks the first time. After a week we met again for dinner. And after that week she called me and told me about a business opportunity related to so called "luxury bands" which was actually qnet. She asked me to come to ccd aundh in pune. Hi one of my friend his name is chandrashekar refereed qnet business 3 years back, initially i thought this business will give better future than 9 to 5 job. But later i come to know that this business is a kind of chain link business.

Before i joined qnet i took personal loan with 18.5 percent interest (1.3lakhs). Now also am paying emi of 4800rs per month as emi.

I transfered amount in netbanking to my friend of friend account.

I dont want to loose friendship also because of this. Kindly help with the solution. Can i go for legal?

My ir id is in019528. I have got deceived by my collegemate named kadali rajitha and her sister jyotsna. First they told me that they are doing an e-commerce business... They asked me to attend for sessions about how to raise money by building a team i. E like pyramid system. I have transferred rs. 1, 50, 000 to the account of kadali rajitha who is my referrer (Upline jyotsna).. They haven't disclosed the name of the company as qnet till registering with this fraud company. They purchased a tour package and club membership for me with out my consent on their own. The purchase receipt is in usd and they kept this hidden upto the time of refund request is exceeded for the product purchased in usd i. E. 7 days. I have lodged a complaint but police haven't filed fir and took any action against my uplines. Please help us in getting our money back and take necessary action against my uplines.

This is my questions to all people who involved in qnet and blindly following below mention people who absconded from india and acting as icons are sachin gupta, kavita saugandh, sharfun sheikh, dev wadhwani pathman, and above all fatass dato, ask them that if they are doing business ethically and legally then why lookout circular, arrest warrant issue by hon’ble indian court, appropriate authority and interpol....

Details of company - qnet is running its direct selling business in india through it's franchisee named vihaan india pvt. Ltd. They have registered office in india at po box 4332, kalyan nagar, bangalore 560043.

One of my friend who has prtatap kumar jagadam (Registered id with qnet) asked me to invest 3, 00, 000 inr to invest distribution business he had taken 3, 00 000 inr.
He never said any thing about the network business, he just told me "please keep trust on me and invest amount, i am responsible for your money". I alreay told you if it is network business i cant do, so you said that is not like that just belive me and first invest the money.

After investing money i came to know its totally fraud and qnet is banned in india. Now i want my money back. I mailed to qnet india support team on support. [protected]@qnetindia.in and did not get any response. I aslo called on support contact no given on site i. E. +[protected] / +[protected] those were also not answered and switched off.

Purchase date from qnet - 12 january 2018 e when my friend pratapkumar singed up for me and purchased the product on behalf of me. I never logged into the qnet site. He has done all registration and purchase himself and took 3, 00, 000 inr from me.

I want my money back they have taken my 3L and now they are teeling its chain marketing business and also explaining us to cheat the peoples they will meet daily in school near brigade road landmark near signal ..
by suhas naveen all told it is a bussiness but they did not tel about the chain marketing and now they are telling for us. wen we told we cant do n cheat the peoples like this he is telling now he cant refund the money i have their contact numbers please do something atleast if your not able to get our money back please take action on them and stop this

Qnet is totally fraud. My friend refers me in this business and i trust her blindly. But she makes money in this business by refer more friends but i didnt get any referel. So she forced me to add more money from your family like mukesh ambani so i have trust her so i have invested in this business about 11 lakhs but i didnt get anything. When i talk to her upline then they didnot reply back

Within a week of wearing the chairos grand prix watch, the full silicon black pu strap got broke into pieces which is very horrifying considering the cost of the watch..

To top it of i have been looking for the strap across many cities but the strap is not available.. Neither do they have any outlet to get it replaced.. Qnet seriously need to look deep within themselves to ensure the customer is well take care of else days are not far when the company shall be left with no option but to close shop.

Can someone help in getting the new strap.

It will be surprise to you after reading the truth of our best friend his name is navin he is doing a business he call us for any business opportunity we knw him since 8yrs on trust we also invest money... I have experience of his business this is a true experience what he has done with us.. So please be aware of these frauds before investing with him the person who get me in this fraud business was my best friend his name is navin vashisthav he stays in mira road he was working with reliance retails only thing you have to do in this business is to make chutiya to innocent people an take money same thing happens to me he work with qnet really a big scam company (Qnet india vihaan direct selling pvt ltd)

If any one call you for any business opportunity know abt this business first an name of company boz.... Never ever indulge into this fraud... I was one who is suffering with this... I trust him an start but later i came to know it’s a chain business where they are trained to make people fool... By showing irrelevant facts and useless product they will sure you but don't get trap as they want money out of your pocket and later they will simply take a walk f you doesn't succeed please don't invest or u would say waste your hard earned money this is a true experience.

Until you agree them and do as they directed they will speak in favor with you. Once you are against they will show their true color…beware so please aware of these frauds

I have been made to invest in qnet investment by giving improper knowledge of business work and not given to think to join in business or not.. Without my choice and knowledge they purchased some products from your site. I have given 295000 inr to them. Please refund my money because i have taken personal loan for that.. I dont want the products which they have purchased and wants to cancel the order. After a scam done by friend, i came in to this dirty scam and within a week i requested for refund of 2.5 lac. They had mailed back saying it takes 60 working days but now its more than 80 working days still they have not refunded the amount. My friend nidhi singh (Ir : in791751) took my signatures on some a4 size paper and threatened me saying now nothing can be done.. Only way to get back your money add new people to this scam. And also wanted me add my family members.

I have joined in qnet in the month of july and sofar did not receive single penny, before when i joined they did not told any company name (As qnet) and once i joined they shown real colors that i have to get my family members and relatives, i am in lot of trouble and please help me from this fraud people, they are not even responding with humanity, please help me.

Iam joined through my friend in qnet. But when iam joining after 2days i told to my friend i want to quit this business i want my money back he is not responded. I gone to office talk to senior person but he told sent refund policy request thru ur upliner ok iam also refund request mail sended to qnet support team. But they also not responding not reply also but iam waiting to 30-40 days for refund money.
How can i recovery my money back pls give suggestions

Hi sir, on 5 th dec 2017, one of my friend convinced to join qnet and ask to purchased tripsavr of value usd 1820. Initially they promised to help me to earn money but its been a month i have joined they really dont care about me and i feel like my money waste in vain. I tried to contact team for refund but my leaders are not privding the qnet office n contact details. Plz help me out to get rid from this circumstance. Current im staying in sharjah-uae. I keep searcing solution in net n finally got ur site for registering complaint. Plz help me out

I had invested money 3.6 lakh just trusting my friend. He said they are offering me a partnership in this business but later i come to know its is mlm company its not business its a scam where you need to add people in this scam so you will get the commission. I had asked 4-5 times that i am not going to add or sale the product and they said you don't need to sale or add the people.
And now they are saying if you want your money back then you need to add people. They are not ready to refund my money. Even qnet legal team is also not ready to respond..
Plz help me in getting my money back.

I'm a victim of qnet india which is running a scam in delhi ncr. I paid around 2.5 lac just on friend's trust. Qnet trains people about how to cheat them. I got call for business opportunity. Actually is just direct selling. My referrer didn't disclose anything about it. He cheated me. Please help me get my money back. Customer support is not responding at all.

Since past 2 months my close friend (Ashok jainer) from bangalore used to call me alternative weeks and used to speak very well and slowly started the business topics like we need to earn more money etc.
I have taken personal loan of 3.5 lac for business which i had no idea until done all the payments. Then i got to know its qnet till this it was all planned game of logical talks and meeting in big hotels.
After knowing all this about qnet i said to him that i don`t want to fool people as you did to me please return my money. Now he`s changed started giving reasons and all. I have sent mail to "support. [protected]@qnetindia.in" next day only for refund the money and its been 2 days no response, call center not picking up my calls.

Please let me know how can i get my hard earned money.! I`m married have to support my family.
