[Resolved]  Qnet — cancellation of irship/orders and claim refund for in 263249

Dear sir/madam
I have been made to invest in qnet investment by giving improper/incorrect/incomplete knowledge of this company and its investment. I have been mis-leaded by your executives.

Without my knowledge they have purchased some products from your site and trust me they have not told anything about those products.

During our meeting (On zoom) they had told nothing about qnet products. They told me that you will give so and so amount and you will become our business partner. Our company will give some complementary products to you so i have given inr 4, 00, 000 to them through neft transfer to bank account. I got an invoice of products purchase in my mail i was confused so i asked but when i asked for credentials of virtual portal they were not giving and i got it after 20 days. Then i come to know that with my money they purchased products on behalf of me and i can return and get refund of it within 30 days as i don't need the products.

So, please return my money because i have taken personal loan for that. I don't want the products which they have purchased and wants to cancel the order of the same. I am letting you know this now because its not yet finished one month and i come to know about your refund/cancellation policy that orders can be cancel within a month.

For your reference i am also sending my adhaar and pan card copy and invoice copy which i got in my mail to you.

Kindly do the needful because my financial condition is not very good.

I have send this mail to qnet support team on 2nd july but not got confirmation of the refund and please do the needful.

My product has been received to your given address on 11th July. Still my refund is pending. Kindly process the refund as soon as possible because I have to return back my personal loan to bank.

I have got mail that product is received on 15th July. But still QNET is not processing my refund when I called them they are saying that QVI package cancellation is still pending. As it is a Virtual product so what's the need of confirmation? I have applied within 30 of Refund so what's the purpose to take confirmation? I need my money back soon as I have taken personal loan from Bank. So Bank is charging too much interest. If QNET is not giving refund quickly then I will complaint for my Interest refund also because QNET is keeping my money for more than 45 days. So QNET is liable to give interest on my money because I also have to give interest to the bank.
