Qnet — Chairos watch cost 52000 in name of a business opportunity called network marketing

One of my cousin brother approached me saying that he is doing a fabulous business which gives a person an opportunity to earn 1.5crores in 4years. He showed me a scheme where i have to promote the products of a company and do nothing else and whenever anyone will come to join me in this business i will get commissions out of it. This total scheme was a fraud scheme making fool of people indulging money into this business and the name of the network marketing company is qnet. Which is based in malaysia headquartered in kuala lumpur qi towers and i gave him 50000rs as a token money or start up cost. They gave me a watch of charios which costs 52000 and they don't have a registered company office in india so it came through vihaan direct selling company ltd which is based in bangalore. I could not make fool of others and came to know the reality after a couple of month they kept asking for more money and forced me to join them in business conference in dubai malaysia and etc countries. I said a big no. And somehow managed to come out of this businesses. Anyways my cousins did not return me the money back. And when i asked him he said he is not going to give me the money because nobody gun pointed me for the investment. I need help to deal with it. I am a freelancer and a student 50k means a lot to me. Please help. Its been almost 8months. He is not returning me the money.
